Service is great especially Bilie she’s so nice and helpful the absolute goat of pet store retail oh and the food in the freezer is really tasty

Excellent customer service on a good selection of products.

First Mondou where we felt uncomfortable.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like they didn’t want us to walk around and touch products. Asking us every few minutes if we were looking for something in particular. We politely said we were looking at a few things and we would ask for help if needed. They continued, we felt rushed so we left. It wasn’t like we were there right before closing hour.

Another customer with a labrador told them politely to leave them alone because he wants his dog to explore, the employee clearly didn’t like that and we saw them following around.

It’s smaller than most Mondou but it’s has a bit of everything. They also have a good selection of raw food.

Parking on the street is not easy to find.

Excellent establishment. It has a wide variety of products, from natural to more traditional foods. It has a points program. Perhaps the only negative point is the price of some products, but this is not exclusive to Mondou (especially considering inflation).

Amazing services and nice variety for cats and dogs. Small shop but has everything that you need.

Excellent customer service! One of the girls helped me get the right muzzle for my dog , very patient, helpful, and really nice! I DEFINITELLY RECOMMEND MONDOU.

Super friendly staff.
Came for a Nail Clip and the staff who performed it did a fantastic job, very professional, quick and the dog was very relaxed.
For a small store ,They carry a good variety of dog food, toys and accessories .
Definitely would recommend for dog owners.
