Cutie Club Pet Grooming

We heard a lot of good things about this place so we took our chihuahua here for the first time today.

We booked the appointment earlier this week and were so glad they had time for him! Lots of other salons are booked many months in advance.

They were very clear about pricing and procedure, and they were great with handling my dog.

They listened to what I wanted and executed it EXACTLY.

They also gave us some food samples upon leaving. Overall would definitely recommend this salon and will definitely be bringing our dog back next time he needs a trim 🙂

We took our 10 week old pup and our 4yo pup to get groomed here and they did a wonderful job! I am extremely anxious when it comes to my babies, but they were communicative and reassuring, and did exactly as requested. Our 4yo pup is nervous around other dogs and new people, and they took their time getting to know him so he would feel comfortable. The groomer also pointed out a scratch on his leg (not from the groomer’s/probably from a hike), which I really appreciated! Both pups looked and smelled great afterwards. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

First time bringing my dog to this place since I just moved to the area. Prices are fair and the receptionist is nice and helpful. My baby looks so cute, thank you!

First time taking my dog, Ghost, here. We’ve had such bad luck with the previous groomers (Pet Smart Ajax) which left Ghost very nervous and scared of grooming appointments. We were nervous to try a new groomer, but Cutie Club Pet Grooming was AMAZING with Ghost.

I dropped him off and they advised me it would be about 2 hours since it was his first time. They explained it gives them time for Ghost to become comfortable with them and get familiar.

Ghost is a German Shepherd and Golden retriever mix and he is 15 months old and has lots of energy. Two hours later, I went back to pick him up and he looked amazing! When I asked if they had any issues they said he was perfectly fine. They were able to trim a bit of the long hair growth on him and even his nails (trimming nails became a trigger for him courtesy of Pet Smart grooming). But no complaints! They advised me how to properly care for his ear regularly.

Staff were super friendly and informative. Overall so happy we took Ghost here, I think it’s safe to say we found Ghosts go to groomers !

Great service! My pup's cut was so cute! He seemed happy and they also gave very helpful tips and advice for maintaining his claws.

we’ve been to this groomer twice with our cat Enoki and are happy with the results each time. he doesn’t let us groom him at home but the groomer always says he’s very well behaved during his session. they seem like they are genuinely passionate about animals and take very good care of the pets that owners bring in. they are very accommodating and will happily fulfil our requests for our cat’s groom. all things considered, we feel comfortable leaving our cat with them for a grooming session.

The best cat groomer in Toronto!!! I highly recommend Cutie Club Pet! She is so gentle and explains to me what she had done at every appointment ❤️❤️❤️
