took my rescue pup here for an anal gland expressing, which is not a pleasant experience for anyone involved.. but the lady who we dealt with was very sweet and understanding that he was nervous. she made sure it was a quick and efficient experience and we were out of there in less than 5 mins! thank you Farnaz for making Cristo's first experience at Pet Lux a good one!

We’ve been looking for a new grooming place for Chase and we finally found one! Chase was happy and handsome when we picked him up. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent. Parking is available, little busy as there are several popular local shops at the area but you can find one with little patience. We will be back for sure, thank you!

Eric was the best groomer ever! His design of my dog Charlie's fur was perfect and he was very very kind. Thank you so much Eric!! 🥰☺️

Butterscotch had his first puppy grooming today. He was not stressed at all afterwards. Fur fluffed and smells so good! I wanted to make sure introducing him to grooming as early as possible since he’s a doodle. I think we imprinted him with great memories 🐶❤️ Thank you so much Eric!

The groomers did such an amazing job here! Our pup was here with us on vacation and needed a little freshening up, and they did an even better job than our regular groomer. I wish we could always come here! It’s tricky to get the cut right for a corgi sometimes but they did a great job, especially with her momo. Plus she had the cutest little bow on when I picked her up ☺️

I recently took my puppies for this pet grooming service, because of the good ratings on Google. However, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The staff member didn’t ask me about the style I wanted and I already told him that I didn’t want their hair to be cut too short. But they did and one of our puppies was unevenly trimmed, and had a cut on her skin. The staff was unprofessional and my puppy came back looking terrible, I have included photos that demonstrate the poor grooming job. The experience was unsatisfactory and I will be seeking a new grooming provider for my puppies in the future.
