Clearly very understaffed. Narrow aisles, illogical and confusing layout, always a mess with stacks of boxes and unpacked items laying around in the middle of the walkways making it impossible for people to get though.
This place is very clearly understaffed. It’s always a stressful and unenjoyable shopping experience.
At least most of the staff, like those at the butcher and the people at the register, are usually quite friendly.

Great choice of product and helpful employees when you have a question.

Long queues at the cashes are always annoying. Because they are in a passage, they have enough customers and don't care that much for keeping them happy. I avoid this place as much as possible.

Not recommended at all, i bought Drum Bright Blue tobacco and once i opened it, I found it very old and very dry and could not be used .. I came back less than an hour later to show its conditions and return it, but the cashier was rude and refused to listen

Visited on Sep. 10th, 2022, around 14:30. The young lady on the very left counter was sooooo rude, shouted at me as I was packing the things, and not taking out the card to pay for 2 seconds, and showing inpatient attitude and rolling eyes. Very unsatisfied with the attitude, would never visit the shop again.
