Always crowd, never with enough cashier

One of the most depressing stores I've ever been to.

Checking out of that store is proper hell, be prepared to sit in the line for 5-10mins... Cashiers are very slow and dont take incentive when there are 20 people pilling up on one register.

I had the worst experience ever the cashier was rude even though she was wrong and picked the wrong item at the cash register.

Got everything I wanted, no complaints 👍🏼

Lidl is one of the cheapest supermarkets in Germany. It is crowded but probably because of the fact that most of the things are cheap. They are pretty quick with their checkouts.

The best time to visit will probably be in the morning. Beware of broken eggs and sometime broken sugar and pasta packets - customers are not very careful with it.

Today I had a horrible experience in this supermarket. It was 21:00, and I was buying my groceries; I was at the cashier's desk on the line, and I added “ALL” my products to the cashier's desk and was waiting behind another customer paying. The cashier started scanning the products I would buy, and I walked ahead, and suddenly a light flashed, and there was a noise. When I saw there was security next to me. The cashier asked me if I had something with me!!!

I asked: what do you mean? And she asked again! And I answered, “NO, I DO NOT Have anything with me.” after my answer, they changed the question and started asking if I had any new clothes. NO, I DON'T HAVE ANY NEW CLOTHES FROM LIDL, NEITHER ANY OTHER SHOPS!

After that, I gave security my backpack and also my jacket that I had removed. He passed both through this equipment, and there was no alarm. Then I finally could pay.
Meanwhile, a huge line formed; all were stuck looking at the embarrassing situation.

It was the worst experience ever, being accused of stilling something! I have never stolen anything In my whole life!

I will never put my feet in this supermarket again, and if I can, I will tell everybody I know to do the same!!
