I had to wait 15 minutes to get a staff member to clean an area for me to sit down in; it took almost 30 minutes to get my food; my food was cold, only the Mac n cheese was warm; I ordered the 2 item combo & got brisket & chicken, my chicken was a small, pitiful piece, which I did not know would be dark meat (not my preference), a lot of fat on the brisket, my other side was fries, they were also cold & very few in number, TOTALLY NOT worth the HIGH price I paid for my meal, very disappointing experience.
