Hotel Urban St Leonards

- No free water
- Very noisy room. It seems like trucks and subways pass by my bed.
- Pay extra to change rooms
- A few unfriendly front desk staff
-Even people who are not sensitive have difficulty falling asleep without earplugs.
I do not recommend this hotel for travel.

We recently stayed at the Urban Hotel. I loved everything about this hotel. Personal is extremely nice and polite. Room was clean and it was cleaned every day. Fast wifi. We stayed in the biggest room with a terrace. The food in the hotel is amazing and at a great price! Location is safe and easy to get to the nearest tube station. Great hotel for a reasonabal price, highly recommend!

My partner was in the RNS Hospital and the location was brilliant. I was stressed, and the reception and Cafe team were so kind and helpful.. a great stay

Accommodation was good value for money and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Convenient with a restaurant in order to eat on the premises as nothing nearby. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would stay again if I was in the area.

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Urban. Our experience from arrival was pleasant, with polite staff and clean rooms. Proximity to the NSP hospital was excellent. The staff & management of the Urban were kind and sensitive to our season. Above and beyond their response to issues was professional, prompt and demonstrated wonderful customer service & staff culture. Would definitely recommend the Urban.

Decent value for a cheap rate. Old style place that they’re progressively refreshing. Was woken up in the morning by drilling from renovations to some of the rooms which wasn’t disclosed before booking. Not impressed.
Location is alright if you need to be in the area, bus stop out the front, 15-20 minute walk to shop etc.

Amazing place to stay. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. If you have the chance eat at the cafe there. The food was exceptional.
Will definitely go back.
