Older property in need of updates. Very clean, good restaurant and a great location. My family stayed here for a couple nights. The location is down the street from the White House and it was great being able to just walk over. The hotel itself is relatively small and dated. The restrooms for the restaurant are through the lobby and downstairs as an example. The electric vehicle chargers out front are convenient if you have an EV. The valets will charge you up and then park your car.

Terrific stay with the family!

Rooms are a little bit small but it’s an older hotel; they were recently renovated and they’re pretty nice, but a little bit less quality than you might expected from other St Regis properties.

They make up for this with extraordinary service and a location that can’t be beat.

12-17-23 This beautiful 5 star Hotel is located in downtown DC and in walking distance to all the Museums, Memorials, and Galleries. As soon as you drive up, you're greeted by valet and bellmen ready to assist. The lobby area is amazing. You immediately feel like you're in a Palace. Lavish decor and furnishings throughout. My room was definitely breathtaking and located on the 6th floor. It was recently renovated (2023). The decor was stunning. The marble floors were amazing and beautiful.

As for dinning, you can make reservations. We preferred room service for breakfast and dinner. To our delight, the food was delicious and hot.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Spencer assist me with room reservations. I would like to thank him personally for the perfect room selection and being my first point of contact. I would also like to thank Mr. Gebre (Valet/ Bellman). Very helpful and nice. Mr. Nick assisted me with check-in a was fantastic. You're seated when given your room assignment and this gives a more personal feel. Kudos to Nicolae in the Bar area. He gave us great service before check in. Also, we just fell in love with Ms. Donna. She had all the answers to any questions presented. She has been happily working here for over 20 years and you immediately knew you were in good hands. She's truly an asset for St. Regis and I'm looking forward to my next stay:) Thanks to everyone for your gracious hospitality and giving us a perfect first time experience!

Wonderful stay for 2 nights. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Close to the White House. The house car is big surprise to go to places in the cold weather. The breakfasts are great. Have not try lunch nor dinner yet

Soon after checking into the St. Regis the front desk sent us up a complimentary bottle of champagne for our 23rd anniversary. Our room was amazing. The St. Regis definitely made our evening extra special.

Had a fantastic stay to celebrate a life milestone with friends. Adrian was exceptional upon check in and a room service staff member, whose name I didn’t catch, really went above and beyond when I needed a fork and champagne glasses. Valet was very quick.

The hotel itself is in an ideal location next to the White House and National Mall. If you’re worried about noise, I would recommend requesting a room with carpet instead of tile. Overall, thank you for a great stay!

I came here to experience High Tea for my 40th birthday. The reservation can be made online through OpenTable. But if you have a large group over 4 I would recommend that you call in and schedule it.

Parking there is a parking garage across the street or you can valet. The street was blocked off so you park on the side someone will grab your car.

The cost was $89 per person, we ordered their special blend of tea that you can only get at the St Regis.

The first to come out was tea and sandwiches our waitress explained everything to us. Wine and French 75 was also ordered the drinks were fabulous. Then came the desserts and it was rich and light.

The service was excellent, we were not rush to leave as it’s only for 2hrs we were there for about 3 1/2hrs.

In all I will definitely be back it’s so beautiful in there as well.
