Worst hospital ever!!!! I came to ER by my bupa insurance having fever and sour throat. The resident doctor was unprofessional at all he called my name wrongly and made a face expression like he didn’t like my name! He didn’t didn’t even check anything or did any examination just told me that I have nothing and good to go!! When I told him I need a sick leave as I wasn’t able to go to work. He told that you are good and okay and don’t need anything!!! With a very high voice tone and attitude. Even though I went to the consultant supervising him they were very unprofessional and sitting like I was bothering them on their break!

Dr Massimo Griselli treated my son there and it was an awful experience. My son had wound dehiscence after a simple VSD repair. The incision got infected and I had to have the VSD repair fixed by an outstaying surgeon back in the states at UPMC. I would rate this surgeon a -5 if possible.

Poor service!! I was referred from family medicine clinic to ENT clinic over 7 months ago But no appointments available in the ENT clinics until now!!! I called many times but they did not fix the issue!

(My experience) I was hospitalized here for almost a month. It was a nightmare. The only reason they discharged me was that my mental health was declining, and that was due to the treatment of the so-called “doctors” and “nurses.” At first, I came to the ER 6 times, and they kept discharging me, telling me I was fine until they found out I wasn’t. Worst hospitalization ever! Nurses barely come when you call for them, refuse to give you snacks, and hardly answer questions about a medicine they tell you you have to take. Doctors are the worst, except for a Sudanese doctor from the ER whom I had forgotten his name. He was the only doctor that had taken 5 minutes of his time to come up to my ward to prescribe and explain medication to me, the only human in the whole hospital. Other doctors who were in charge of my case did not answer my questions about MY health, were very negative about literally everything, 0 communication skills, and 0 work ethic. In addition, it is a GHOST HOSPITAL. I was surprised that the ward had around two other patients other than myself. Mind you, it is HUUGE. Why would they refuse to hospitalize me when there are almost 20 if not more empty rooms? I have a lot to say and a lot of questions about this hospital, the most important one is who’s in charge and why?

Nice hospital, very friendly, and the emergency room treated me fast. However, they told me to go to a different hospital because my condition is not life threatening and I’m not Saudi, so they can’t check me in even though I have the highest level of insurance.
