Excellent Location, Attentive staff, good rooms, Great service.

Top location and great staff. Really impressed. Breakfast is great! Rooms are clean and up to date. Very nice ambience. Just very hard beds… Maybe the price doesn’t equal the quality completely. Qpark parking garage is pricey but nice located under the hotel.
Very dog friendly and would recommend everyone!

Lovely hotel that I've frequented for easily the last decade every November for MEDICA. Great rooms, great location, and great food. Additionally has a great staff for the most part. However, the lady checking us in seemed confused. Booked 7 rooms more than a month ago under a confirmed reservation. Yet somehow it took something like 30 minutes and multiple other assistants to locate a confirmed reservation using a confirmation number. I find it a bit bizarre I need to pull my laptop out in the middle of a hotel lobby to get a confirmation email printed out, just to show that I actually booked the rooms I stated from the get-go that I had. Just seems a bit much, and had never been a problem previously at this location before. She Additionally tried to charge multiple random things and seemed just overall confused

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location especially when the food fair is on.
Issues we had was slow checkin, only one person on the desk. They also overcharged us and had to then refund so check your original room rate.
Rooms are lovely and big, we had a Superior King Room which says featured soundproofing. HOWEVER although you couldn't hear the corridor and other guests, our room looked over the lobby and the lift makes a noise every times it moves which echoes through the lobby. It goes on all through the night. So I didn't get a good night sleep while I was there. Alongside the fact they only have one type of pillow which is feather filled but very sparse and extremely uncomfortable. Shower was good, hairdryer good, coffee machine was a nespresso, bed itself comfy, toiletries good and cleanliness good.
We used the pool which was a little cold and can get a bit busy as it's not very big. Hot tub is a decent size and good.
We had breakfast in the hotel one of the mornings and it was okay but not worth almost €40 each so we found local cafes the other days.

We’ve been here 15 years now each year we spent no more than a minimum of one month and this year 2023 we spent 35 days and one of the main reasons we stay to this hotel each year is the service from the employees. The best employee so far has been ((Florian the concierge!)) He is not only a Concierge he is everything. Anytime we need any service or anything he never say no or this is not my field he always says I will try my best and really does it all! He will always be the reason why me and my family come to this hotel. I reccomended this hotel to my friends and they all come here and are relaxed and happy by the services.
In this Hotel we feel like we are at our home

Nice rooms , Well designed modern hotel. Very nice breakfast with attentive service . This is a good hotel with efficient german management . This was our second stay .
