The prices are a little bit high
Multi langual team, best customer service, always have promotions and sale.
Waited for online pick up order about 15 minutes and didn’t get any help. Store management/customer service was very poor and disrespectful.
We bought something in this store and paid with credit card. Because of a bad connection the transfer had to be done once again. We received only one receipt. And guess what, the amount of 250 eur was billed twice. Since a month we are trying to get our money back and Zara isn’t helpful at all. We will never visit this store again, the service is horrible and who knows when we will get our money back. The store and the service centre point to each other and no one is taking responsibility.
Nice store but very few purchase options..bed sheets, duvet covers,towels and a few deco items. Sadly not much variety.
I was expecting a better quality for the price, plus it is very narrow so it get crowded fast even though there aren't so many people
