Quiet Waters Dog Park

Nice dog park. There is a $6 entry fee, which is kind of a bummer in the winter time.... There is supposed to be a beach area elsewhere in the park where the dogs can play, I assume that would make it well worth the entry fee during the warmer months.
The large dog space is VERY spacious, and the small dog part has lots of skill training structures. You can park right by the entry for large dogs with just a little more walking needed for the small dog spot.

SO much fun!! The dog beach is a GREAT place for a well-behaved pup with excellent recall (so some recall training BEFORE going here, or your pup could easily wander off into the forest)!! There's an outdoor shower nearby.

Do pay attention to the water quality alerts that are sometimes issued.

This is a great park. Not only to bring your dog, but in general. Trails are mostly shaded, there's a lot to see here. And once you are done there are plenty of food options right across the street from the park's entrance.

Incredible dog park - awesome place to let your dog socialize and get some swimming in. Clean and plenty of tennis balls laying around to throw. Friendly crowd. Park is not completely fenced in except for small gap on far end that some dogs could wander. Typically don't let my dog off leash if not enclosed but it was safe enough here and enough going on that he had a blast and we didn't have any issues.

I love love love this park. It offers many walking/running trails. It’s quiet and the landscaping is beautiful. Two things I live about it during the summer is the doggy park which your dog can have loads of roaming around and playing with a lot of great dogs and my favorite is the foggy beach. Who doesn’t like to have fun in the water with your dog or other dogs. All around great time for sure. This place is a must go, no if ands or buts! Plus, your dog will thank you later!!

Fabulous County Park with paved walking trails, picnic areas, BBQ grills, a small dog & a large dog park, and a dog beach funneled by waters from the South River & Chesapeake Bay! So grateful to have this jewel right in our backyard. Thanks, Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland!

Always a good time. Watch out for the mud spots. Barely ever any dogs that don't get along and even if they don't there's never been a fight. I go on every day off I get so my pup can run around and see friends.
