Very good Banquet facilities, which I attended. It was my 1st visit to the hotel. Food was excellent along with prompt service. Staff too well behaved.
Absolutely wonderful and spacious rooms. Breakfast is vast and tasty. Staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The only issue I could find is the toilet in the room is too small. Otherwise the bathroom is big and comforting for two people. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved it.
Ideal location and easy access. The hotel seemed to be a business hotel and lots of events in my 4 days there. There is only one restaurant which serves a really good mix of cuisine from all over Asia. The roof bar has great views. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately due to smog. The sea views eluded me on my trip.
The hotel is clean but not a 5 start lvl cleaning, the staff are friendly, the area of the hotel is horrible. The streets are not clean, surrounded with poor area. There is not much around i. It has a nice pub bar at the top with a nice sky view, food is ok.
Many of our international customers are put up Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai since the location of the hotel is very splendid. All new interiors and tall lobby ceiling with huge chandeliers gives an amazing feel. The rooms are beautifully designed with a mix antique & modern amenities. Staff service is very prompt and cooperative. My all international customers are very happy & satisfied with the various cuisines, sea views, spa & gym facilities available at hotel. Truly a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience.
this was my first time visiting Mumbai and a 5-star hotel. During my 3-day and 2-night visit, I had a blast. The hotel's personnel was very courteous and helped to create a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food was served.

I had a very pleasant stay in rooms that were comfy, clean, and sanitary. Every room has its own bath tub. However, the on-site restaurant served high-quality food at a reasonable price. I adored the location. I will undoubtedly return.
