Very nice studio on 43th floor with great view. Studio is nice and comfortable with all accessories which you need. Pool area is stunning, gym with all equipment and changing rooms includes steam and finish saunas. Andrea is also friendly and helpful. Great choice for living in Dubai.

I love my week-long stay here at Burj Vista Tower 2 in Downtown, Dubai! Everything is ready & available: we can cook, watch good movies, soundtrip, dip in the tub, and even do the laundry & clothes pressing. The cooling system is manageable.

Now they take care of all the admin, property management and turnovers. I don't do anything except count my money each month.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy.
The location is perfect since we are close by to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and many more places.
The front desk was very helpful and would always get us a taxi when needed.

We spent 9 days in apartments Bahar 1 Tower (JBR) with our family of 4. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The only thing we would have liked was a dishwasher. The location was excellent. The JBR beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the view from the windows was amazing. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to the Marina Mall and the metro station. The host sent us very helpful and informative instructions, was always available, and quickly resolved any minor issues. We had a great time. We highly recommend these apartments.

I used this real estate company to find an apartment in August and they really surprised me with flexibility that they had over the contract negotiation, everything what I asked was amended. Although all the issues that were with the apartment are fixed, so I am quite satisfied.
My agent was Ali and after handover I’ve been in contact with Merracquel to resolve all the issues. Both of them are professional and since 2018 it’s honestly the first time when I am satisfied with the real estate company.
Hopefully the same opinion I will have about the company when I leave the UAE and handover the apartment 🙂

We stayed here for a month at 151 Residences Al Satwa. We made the reservation through KeysPlease. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and had plenty of furniture and appliances, everything necessary for comfortable living.
But most importantly, the attitude of the KeysPlease staff was incredible! They were all understanding and accommodating, always willing to help solve any problems. They were very responsive and friendly. They all had a great rapport with each other, as well as with the security and management. If you are heading to Dubai, I recommend Guestready's properties. The apartment i stayed in was so beautiful, and it is positioned at the right place. Everything is at a walking distance, and I mean literally everything. It was amazing. The balcony view was breathtaking, especially at night 😊😊😊.

I stayed for around 3 months with Rare Homes. It was good, not everything perfect, but the overall experience is high because of Zeeshan who was always super helpful with any request and situation. He is the real professional.
Company returned my apartment damaged and referred to terms and conditions instead of repairing. Their cleaning company did not report the damage in a timely manor and so the claim was never placed with Airbnb for over a month. They have complete control over the checkout process. I did not have access to the apartment or the Airbnb account between guest.
Ultimately the company under delivered by 30% to 40% of revenue from what I could get by just renting it with one check. They do not lease your apartment so they have little to no legal liability to return the apartment in the condition you give it.
I have attempted to setup a discussion with the co-founder Stephan but he refuses to answer his calls, WhatsApp or calendar invites.
There are plenty of alternative companies. Please use a different one.

I had a month long reservation with them and it was a great experience. From check in through check out. Very responsive, clean apartment and the best was their price rates. Apartment was just as described. Will be back again.
We had been renting an apartment in Downtown Dubai managed by Kennedy Towers for 1 month. The company and its employees made positive impression. Thanks to a sales manager Bart viewing before the rent was arranged quickly and in suitable time. He showed the apartment, all the facilities (pool, gym, parking place, etc.) explained everything in details and patiently answered for all questions. Check-in process went smoothly thanks to an operation manager Lucas. He also was in contact and rapidly solved some maintenance issues that we had. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture. The things we admired most of all were the location (5 minutes walk from Dubai Fountains and 10 minutes from Dubai Mall) and the swimming pool (Burj Khalifa view, with green trees nearby and just few steps from the apartment). Rental price for the apartment in such a great place in May was quite reasonable.

Kennedy helped us to find our perfect apartment during high season in Dubai. We stayed in the apartment for 5 months and had no worries about any issue. Gerard, the operations manager, was always available online ready to support with quick response to any question we had. Kennedy Towers have their own maintenance team that are available to fix any issue promptly & professionally in the apartment which was very convenient. This is a great way to register. The service of Manager Zeeshan is very good, attentive, and the attitude to service is excellent. I solved all the issues very quickly . We lived in the apartment for 4 months and everything was fine . The support service and Zeeshan promptly and perfectly helped in all situations.

Was always glad to meet manager Leah, she were always in touch, also her colleague Gerard supported quickly any time with any problem, happily there were not many of them. Best value for money (West Tower - Bay Central). I stayed here for a week and loved this place. The building is close to both Marina Bay and the beach, with a lot of good restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (you we’ll find there everything that you might need) and the bed is super comfy.

A wonderful and Professional experience
Had such an amazing stay at Harbour Gate Tower 1. Great private residential area if you prefer the quieter Dubai. Not too far away from major attractions although there’s no metro nearby so you may need taxi. Anyway, the taxis are easy to get. The accommodation itself was amazing, comfy, clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay here again.
After dealing with very shady and weird agents I found Mohammed who made me feel comfortable and won my trust and ended up buying a property through him. He knows what he is doing and he will guide you through every step of the process… Now he is my dubai agent!

I stayed at the Hayat Boulevard Apartment Building 2A and to be honest, I loved it there. The apartment had everything from free Wi-Fi and a huge smart TV to its own washer and dryer. I was very impressed by how well the apartment was maintained and how big it was. I never used the tub but it was very big as well. The gentleman that helped me, Rashid, was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. My spouse was also in contact with the office a lady called Marvic and Cynthia or Cindy I believe, and they were helpful also. All and all, I didn’t wanted to go but, I had to return to my home country. I was very satisfied with the results of my stay and I hope that I can return to visit again soon. After viewing so many apartments, we found the ideal one with Kennedy towers. The apartment was elegant and well maintained. Ewan and Aaron were both friendly and highly professional. We had a peaceful three months stay and they were just a message away for any inquiry. They deserve 5 stars without a doubt because they make you feel at ease, super flexible, all ears for you at anytime and most importantly the property is well maintained with almost every detail given to fulfill all your needs without a fail.

A beautiful Apartment with the most beautiful views of The Beach @JBR all the way to Burj Al Arab hotel and the Palm Jumairah Island, Blue Water Island and Eye of Dubai. Walking distant to all attraction of the beach restaurants and Dubai marina. The building is very new and has resort level facilities like infinity pools and gym with full sea view and Eye of Dubai and The Address beach resort. All bedrooms has full Sea view and the most amazing sunset view. The host is very attentive to all guest needs and requirements.The Apartment is very new and modern luxury. This apartment is definitely my favorite new nest in Dubai. Definitely will be back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ihab was very supportive, smart and finished all villa booking requirements from A to Z without even coming to Dubai. He use to come to me to Abu Dhabi and Alain for any signature requirement. He Coordinate with Nakheel company through emails and Inform me with updates until i got the keys. Thanks again MHM and Mr. Ihab

Previous and commercial name of this company is Royal Home I definitely don't recommend this company I have rented through them 2 years at the end I left the apartment 10 days in advance and very clean they took part of deposit arguing few things damaged which was damaged since the beginning and they refused to refund the over paid rent so if you work with them be very careful when moving out
I found some amazing property with this company. I'm very happy in my new home!

Hi Everyone I stayed in their property how ever they didn’t provide me any access card and parking card ( I had to park outside ) access for swimming pool etc was also not provided
And after my stay I went to them for my security deposite back they told me I didn’t pay full amount for my stay so no deposite back !!!!
I file a complaint against them on DTCM and provide them documents let’s see what’s happen !!
IM SURE THEY WILL REPLAY HERE OH SORRY PLEASE TELL US YOUR CASE AND LET US FOLLOW ETC ! I WAS IN YOUR OFFICE FOR MANY HOURS AND YOU DIDNT EVEN TALK TO ME KEEP ME WAITING !!

I have travelled to Dubai many times in the past 5 years. I have booked apartments through MyDubaiStay several times as it is the most convenient way to book apartments at prime locations coupled with good customer service. The apartments were clean with basic food items already bought for the guests. Cleaning services was easy to order on telephone. The customer support office was also very helpfull in ordering excursion trip at competitive prices. The vouchure book in the room was again a bonus to save money at restaurants. All in all a nice experience to enjoy visit of Dubai with high class furnished apartments.
I have stayed their short term apartment. Apartment is very good, but the cmpany services is the worst. I have problem for access key and I called every day, but no answer. I sent email so many times, but no answer. I never use this company again.
No need to review them - they are out of business. Used them for 7 years and all was good but they are gone now!!!
I booked an apartment and I had to check out at 4am because my flight was at 6.30am. I went in the office and it was closed, I waited 30 min in danger of missing the flight but the office was always closed, but they had been told that they are open 24 hours a day but it is a lie. Now I hope you do not take money from my credit card and not be booking with them anymore

OK until we started the trip. Good comunication. When we get there we had several problems. No answers to the emails (sent 5 or 6). Be careful on what you book. I booked an 1 bedroom but was a studio. Will choose another company next time!
