This is a terrible office. The admin staff and inspection team are big cheats and send over teams for inspection who have never seen the house before handing it over to the tenants and they send quotations charging for unnecessary things. Very rude to talk to and wont listen to their clients and fight back without any valid justifications. My sister who was a previous tenant had to go through this ordeal.
