Nice little museum. However this is NOT the wonderful museum with the submarine, icebreaker, amazing displays. For that, search Seaplane Harbour Museum. THAT one really rocks and is worth your hard-earned money. This one is find expensive.

Great experience and museum. You learn a lot of about the history of Estonia. There are a number of things to know. If you are not interested in marine life or marine history, this place may not be for you. It's best experienced with family or friends.

Interesting place to visit for all interested in the sea and maritime traffic. They show a lot of fine ship models. On the top there is a fine roof top terasse. Good to combine with a visit to the seaplane harbour museum. 25 Euros for both tickets. Good mobility for the handicapped with a central elevator going to all floors.

Definitely worth visiting especially for those who work at sea. A number of old navigational instruments that can now only be seen in pictures. Photos of people "made of steel" who were able to work in such a harsh environment.

A museum showcasing the maritime history of Tallinn. It also has a cafe and an observation deck on its rooftop, given its interesting venue, which is a historical circular tower gate.

The view from the roof was not bad, and the exhibitions were informative, featuring a lot of ship models.

Worth a visit if you're a maritime fan or if you have the time. Entrance is free with Tallinn Card.

Definitely the most interesting thing about this place is the old boat they found and have displayed at the beginning of the visit. The second thing is the viewing platform on the roof.

It's an interesting museum if you are interesting in maritime (trade) history. It was a number of different items spread out across a few floor.

If you have the time, I say it's worth a quick visit.

In Tallinn for the day. Wrapped up our exploration of Old Town at the Maritime Museum. Give yourself an hour if not more to explore this very informative and well layer out museum.

Buy a Tallinn Card in advance and save if you're going to visit multiple places. I did and glad I saw a note from someone else. Great tip!

The museum is 5 stories. The top has an overlook off the top. Great views. Highly recommend on your visit to Tallinn.
