Still Meadow Village Apartments

There could not be a better apartment complex in Wilmington than Still Meadows! I have lived here for almost four years and have not a single complaint and I am very particular about where I live. The office staff and maintenance are excellent. Very nice and quick to respond to any problems or requests you may have. The maintenance crew even helps me with my groceries if they see me unloading he car. The grounds are very nice and well maintained as are the buildings. I truly do not think I could find a better place to live!

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are so nice and well-maintained and both the office and maintenance staff are very friendly! They always make an effort to plan fun activities for residents and make sure you feel at home. I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I've lived at Still Meadow since 2019 and I am about to sign my 4th renewal. I am so thankful to live at Still Meadow, and for the owners to offer reasonable renewal prices every year. The office staff have expressed to me how well they are treated by the property owners, and I see that being extended to their tenants as well. The office makes it easy and convenient to change lease details, whether it is to add a pet, roommate, or update washer/dryer preferences. Jessica and Elizabeth have always been kind and accommodating, as well as maintenance staff. For the current market status, I am fortunate and relieved to live at a Carlisle Residential Property.

My kids and I have been here 3 years. We love it. Friendly neighbors and staff. Great price for the location. The pool is amazing. The grounds are always well kept. Love the screened in porch. Only complaints I have is thin walls and floors. I can hear my neighbors conversations rather clearly. But I still find it to be an amazing place.

I’ve lived here for four years. I love the size of the apartment and location but my biggest complaint is the NOISE that comes through the walls/floors! For whatever reason, they built these apartments with the master bedrooms backed up to one another. I can hear my neighbor watch tv in their bedroom, blow their nose and snore at night from my bed. Now that they’ve installed hardwood floors in some apartments , I can not only hear, but also FEEL every footstep the family who lives above me takes. My whole bedroom shakes when they walk. I’ve lived in multiple apartments before and this is probably the worst floor to floor noise I’ve experienced. There’s not much anyone can do so I just live with it and try to find ways to sleep through the night. Other than the thin walls and floors I love the apartment, the grounds are well-kept and the people are generally friendly. The apartment space to price ratio is good and my rent has increased only once in the time I decided on 3 stars because I feel the good does outweigh the bad and the current management has nothing to do with my issues. I’ve really only had one interaction with them but they seem efficient and care about the property. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

(One week update) my fiancé and I have been here for a week. The staff was very helpful getting us settled in, especially since we were from out of state. The maintenance staff is excellent so far it took less than 12 hours for them to come and fix a couple of things we noticed after moving in. Matt was the maintenance tech. He was even kind enough to leave us a spare roll of paper towels because he got water on the half a roll that we had out. Our cat also went missing today which is what inspired this review. The women in the office made and put up posters within 5 min of me notifying them of the situation. Overall our apartment is clean, quiet, and our neighbors are nice and welcoming. I would recommend this community. Thank you still meadow village for making us feel at home.

I love this place! I have lived here for about two years. Great office staff, great community, and the grounds are always so lovely, whether it's the trees or the flowers.

*Edit* I moved away for a while to help out family and when coming back to Wilmington, there was no guess as to where I was moving to. Still meadow is home. I've had 3 different units in this complex, all of which have been great. The office staff is absolutely amazing and the maintenance staff is on top of things! Still meadow will always be home to me
