I applied for renewal of my passport and in 3 weeks on the dot I received my shiny new blue passport.

I just want to say thank you to Rose; Margret and Natasha for the great work that they do, the few times I have been to the embassy they have always done their best to resolve my issues , I recently applied for my passport and they were very helpful, from Margret at the reception to Rose who did my interview and Natasha who gave me the passport when I came to collect it, they are all amazing, helpful and professional, thank you God bless

applied for e-visa for me and my mum she got hers back. i still don’t have mine yet i’ve missed two flights because of this issue. i’ve been sleeping at the airport. can someone who cares contact me. i called the line they said someone will call be back but they never did. third day in a row still no help. i’ve tried even sending emails thru your contacts on your website. it’s a shame having to experience this in 2023

What kind of nonsense is this ? My lord I can’t believe this !! What’s the point of the phone number ? I have called the all day regarding my visa and nobody answered!! This is so frustrating !! Where can someone go for help ? They should re activate getting visa’s at the airport. No body pick up phone calls all day long ! Uganda my motherland still has a long way to go !!!! Zero service

The worst embassy in Africa I have ever seen in my life, customer service zero, while she is speaking with you on the line, she is speaking with other people, this one is unprofessional and disrespect.
