whilst on a short break from the U.K. to Germany with my wife We discovered this local to us the Shalimar res. Fantastic food and service, we ate there 3 times and were never disappointed we ate there 3 nights out of 5 nights we were there. Cant wait to go back
Shocked when the server came to us and said this meat is not halal! The server didn’t come again after putting food to check how is everything or ask if we want check.
Roti dough was sour , stale and had smell of yeast. He claimed it’s naan but we knew it wasn’t.
I will NOT recommend that place.

Good food but very rude.
If you are a Pakistani, they will probably be rude with you. I understand their target market is Europeans but we would also like to feel welcome sometimes.

Pretty unique flavors. Tasty food. The softest chicken I've ever tasted. Tandoori chicken was soft and flavorful. Good service. No dessert or any sweet dish is what got them one less star along with an item with less salt.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! I wish I could give 10 stars!! It was my first time having Pakistani food, and we ate here based on recommendation from others who raved about it. We are already returning to eat there again tonight, just 5 days after our first time eating here!! The service was wonderful, and the food was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!!!!! You absolutely will not be disappointed!!!! I am looking forward to eating here a 3rd, 4th, 5th time!!!!
The soup and dishes have a rich flavor, and the service makes you feel at home. If you are a ginger and garlic lover, don't miss out on the lovely restaurant. (the spiciness of the dish is adjustable)
Foods were good. Authentic taste was within it. We ordered Gobi pakora, Malai kofta, Chicken biriyani. Very good, Good, Good were the foods respectively. Would recommend to try once atleast because it has very distinct flavours than any other restaurant.
