Beautiful building. Well organized center. Helpful and friendly staff!
We just stopped by to use Wi-Fi but I wound up finding a few brochures we could use and asking for a recommendation for Indian food. Madras Maple Cafe was perfect! Hole in the wall in an industrial area with little ambience. But super authentic and most of the clientele was Indian.
Nice tourism office located in train station downtown. Staff were friendly, lots of information books and cultural art. Gift shop also available. Only downside is location can be sketchy.
Ended up coming here after 97N was blocked.
Friendly staff showed us around Prince George. She gave us everything we needed to know about northern B.C and Yukon. She even helped us find when the highway would reopen since the highway was our only way to get to where we needed.
Definitely check this place out if you need help navigating!

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions as well as offerring some nice suggestions to visit as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in when in the area. They also had fishing rods to borrow if you were just in town for a couple of days and wanted to try fishing in on of the many beautiful lakes around Prince George.
Closed the first day we arrived, but the security guard there had to be one of the nicest guys we met on the entire trip. Got to say goodbye to him the next day when we dropped by :) Cool little gift shop and some info on the area.
