Never open. I went 4 times on different days, 3 of which were sunny days, and the place wasn't open and nothing to say why. Tried messaging the owner and get no response. Don't waste your time and skip this one

Re-response: your website says October-November opening times... Should probably update that to not waste people's time

I love the people who work there. Very friendly. Always like stopping by whenever I'm in the city to see what new items they got.

Extremely rude staff.

They treat you like they are doing you a favour.

I’ve worked with customers for many years and I’ve never treated anyone the way they treat their customers.

Will not shop there ever again nor recommend it to friends.

I honestly came here because of the low reviews. I work in costumer service too so I know many good costumers wouldn’t leave a review because it isn’t in the mind. But the bad costumers are the ones who always exaggerate their experiences. Yes, some people were watching but who cares? They were making sure you weren’t stealing, duh. And they weren’t over your shoulders and invaded your space. And all of employees are nice. They weren’t rude at all. I simply looked around, bought a souvenir. They thanked me and so did I. And that’s it. If they were being “rude”, I would assume you were the rude one. I would come again.

Extremely rude people running the gift store. One among them kept monitoring everyone as if people are stealing. She constantly kept turning magnet stands even when we were selecting to push us in buying quickly. Other lady inside the store has lots of attitude. Look at this owner's response to other reviewers.
Girl, be polite to your customers ! Customer is God.

EDIT: If your staff were so excellent, you wouldn't be getting this many bad reviews.

Extremely rude staff, don't bother coming. I got chased out of the shop for regular browsing. Check their answers to other reviews to get an idea.
