Very friendly staff. Love that you can rent out board games!

Mao really nice and helpful. She helped me to find book that I need. There are a lot of events every day and a lot of kind of books.

This place is a hit and miss for me. First time the ladies didn't help me at all and now that I went again the one lady helped me but I felt like I was treated slow like mentally. I do have a disability but it doesn't mean I have to blast it. Otherwise the place was nice. I'll come back again and try it out because I love libraries and so do my kids.

It's a nice library with lots of books. But the study room is always pack. If it is full. You will only have 1 hour then someone take over.

Since moving to the area, this is by far our favorite library. We didn't feel very welcomed at the other two by our home, but Northtown welcomed us with open arms.

Their children's section is enclosed (mostly) and they allow kids to be kids (within reason of course). We've never gotten judgy stares or comments from people when the kids make noise and do their scavenger hunt and play in the open space.

The storytime is extremely engaging and wonderful also.

This is also the largest public library I've ever been too. Such a huge selection! They also have pick up lockers for after hours (once you get a key fob) and that has been a godsend for me!

The staff is always kind and helpful too!

This library has great resources, but I especially loved that you can check out board games and that the kids' area is a separate room but enclosed with glass so that it still feels open/connected while being its own space.
