went to the free 1130 show. it was a great atmosphere, great energy, a positive, supportive crowd, and lasted about an hour

The bouncer is cool as hell, very funny, so naturally the stand up comedy is even better. Crowd is great, drinks are pretty good as well. Staff is also supportive

Great venue for open mic comedy. Drinks are reasonable priced. Get there early for seating. Check schedules both during the week and weekends for show times

We have gone a few times and every time was a treat! The comics were hitting all the jokes, the drinks were quite nice and the service was second to none. We will always stop in when we get a chance!

Also Kevin at the bar recognized us from the last few times and was ready with our drinks quickly! If anything, he could hop on stage himself on the off nights. He makes the space so welcoming!

After a couple times, I'm seeing a few familiar comics trying out comedy material. It's a fun night for a date, maybe find a date, solo night all work for this place. The drinks are small but service was good for an amateur comedy during the week. The chairs have no cushion... think about those days in the hs auditorium... bring butt pads and know that it's tight space, dark to where you might step on a shoe or get ur shoe stepped on. Overall, I like coming here. Good night out anytime for free laughs.

Visited from out of town for a Friday show and had a great time. The comedians were hilarious and the staff were really nice. If you’re sitting in the front they will pick on you so be prepared. Tickets and drinks are reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised that they don’t have a drink minimum like the comedy club we go to back home. Eddie Morrison was the best - get to one of his shows in the city if you can. Thank you for a great evening out.

Visited for an underground comedy show and it was a great time! Perfect for date night, we attended the 11:30 pm show. The ambience was relaxing, most of the comedians were funny and the shots did were they were supposed to do! Will definitely be returning for more comedy, thanks Hotbed.
