We had to book over two months in advance for a weekend table, but my word, was it worth it!

Starter of beef tartare and seabass was beautiful. Main to share of pork shoulder with blood sausage, potatoes, vegetables was divine. Perfectly cooked. Accompanied with a carafe of non-alcoholic wine - great that they offer this!

A real treat. Would definitely return.

Really fantastic food.
Nibbles : olives and almonds were exquisite!
The croquettes were crisp and smooth cheesy filling. The fried tomatilla were again excellent.
Mains: my husband had cod which he enjoyed. I had a pumpkin dish. When I ordered I asked for it without the mushrooms, just as I don't like mushrooms. When it arrived indeed there were no mushrooms but chef had added some broccoli which was fantastic. All the dishes seemed to be well thought through with great attention to details in presentation as well as combining flavours. Very good quality, simple ingredients used in every dish.

Incredible food in the heart of Dublin City centre. The Spanish elements were fantastic (and got the thumbs up from my Spanish Fiancée too!). Lovely service, great wine and a great atmosphere!

Uno mas because you can't stop eating!! The food is absolutely superb. We discovered this amazing restaurant while strolling around the city on day-one of our long weekend in Dublin, and we were so amazed by the food and the service that we decided to go back the following day "again" for lunch!! 💯🥳😊🙏🏻🍷🍾

Does it live up to the tiktok hype or not? That was my question when booking Uno Mas for my birthday dinner.

The ambience was what you would expect- dim lighting, slightly too loud music, limited seating and an extensive wine menu. We ordered the Assyrtiko but since it wasn’t chilled, we got a taste of another white wine to keep us going which was quite thoughtful. We ordered quite a few ‘para picar’ - olives, sourdough, squid, croquettes, padron peppers. I really enjoyed these and they were great value for money.

I was slightly less impressive with the starters we ordered - the tortilla and the onion squash with goat cheese. Both were very strong flavours and the tortilla was quite wet compared to ones I’ve had in Spain. Perhaps not suited to our taste palate but there wasn’t anything else that piqued our interest in that section.

For the main course, we ordered the Delmonico which was beautifully cooked. At this point we were quite full but it didn’t stop us from appreciating the beef dripping potatoes and the cabbage! The cabbage was honestly a highlight of the dinner and very unexpected. Wasn’t a fan of the bernaise sauce - it was acidic and tasted very fatty almost?

We were too full for dessert so left it at that. The service was nice but wish they had more alcohol other than wine! A decent dining experience but don’t think I’ll be back soon.
