Perfect place for professional meetings.

kevin thw worker is the best person i have ever met give him a raise

Beautiful condo complex in a great location In Center City and just a few blocks from Rittenhouse park and one block from Broad St theaters and subway. The friendly and highly professional staff are very helpful with groceries and deliveries.

Good

Great staff but you be aware of the following:
1. The entrance to the apartment is on 15th not Locust. This is a busy road and it means it’s easier to put one address for your official address, another address (opposite side of road to the entrance) for deliveries where a truck needs to park (and ideally you will get a parking permit in advance from the local authority), and another address for your food orders (231 South 15th st) so that food couriers can find the right place (I almost had someone leave food on the pavement on Locust st initially)
2. Noise. Lots of truck noise, from a grease truck at 4.45am (have filed a noise complaint to the local gov), to all the garbage trucks from 6am onwards, to (as I type this) some verizon truck humming away loudly late at night (I spoke to them, they said they’ll be there all night), to cars with loud engines and music blasting during the day as they wait for the lights to change, to homeless people shouting and yelling once or so during the evenings.
3. Elevators are a bit small so you will have to avoid sofas that are on the larger side
4. When moving in it’s best to stick to the rules about when you can move in. They are there for a reason , namely you will have a nightmare if you try and move during rush hour or weekends when cars are parked on the other side of the road
Anyway asides from all that, the people that work here are very nice. Just a shame about things that are outside of their control.

The management of this building is atrocious. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They did not inform us of policies in advance, and were super unhelpful when we were in need. The concierge guys are all afraid that the manager will yell at them if they help you.
Another woman moving in was told, "I know people say moving into our building is more frustrating than getting a divorce, but..." But? No buts. Full stop. What kind of management do you have when that's an acceptable state of affairs. For the extreme HoA fees charged this is unacceptable.
