My partner and I worked with madeline to secure a place in Williamsburg. The entire process from the application with their online system to the lease signing was super easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend if you are searching for a no fee apartment in Brooklyn!

Scam… promised amenities and doorman in the apartment upon touring and signing. Lure you in with a 2.5m free promise on an unfinished building, half year into the lease, nothing that wasn’t finished got finished and won’t be during my time here, even though I was told construction quoted 3 months. lied about doorman just to make it more promising I guess. building actually broke the terms of the lease contract (im contacting the office but seems like no one is replying to emails or there to answer calls), the walls are starting to crack in weird places, the list goes on. But overall feeling lied to and scammed and taken advantage of.

Bre is great! Super responsive, keeping us in the loop with all of our options and detail oriented when it came to next steps for the application process. This is super rare when applying and going through the apartment renting process. Will absolutely work with Brooklyn Group for future property rental searches.
