Unfortunaltey, the reality of the place (especially the food) is not living up to the great reviews here on Google. While the staff and service are very friendly and had great recommendations for the wine, the food is average at best and the dishes we had were the least recommendable dishes we had during our 5 day visit to Krakow.

Soup in the bread was really good.
But main courses (roast duck and beef roulade) were terrible. Both duck and beef were too hard to chew.

The best dinner we had in Krakow. A romantic and intimate setting with outstanding food. We had the Zurek, pierogi, latke with goulash, and the beef cheeks. All were of the utmost quality. The portions and prices are also great. The service is phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back the next time we are in Krakow.

Lovely cozy and classy atmosphere, welcoming staff, delicious food, mushroom soup and duck, high quality.

This was my favourite restaurant that I visited in Krakow. The service was excellent and the polish food was incredible. I had the Red Borsch to start which was almost as good as the one my babcia used to make and then followed this with beef cheeks which were cooked to perfection and fell apart in my mouth. The beer was great and the small place had a great vibe.

If you want some authentic polish food while in Krakow I would 100% recommend here 👌

The food is good, nothing outstanding. The duck was little dry, and potatoes too salty. Nevertheless, they tasted good. However, the restaurant is cozy, and the service is extremely friendly. Also, they gave me complimentary salad. This is really a nice gesture!
