This is not the first time we’ve come, it’s a good establishment, the service is wonderful, I tasted excellent fish, but not enough greenery is a big minus.
Amazing take on traditional Polish food. The service was very professional and created a high-end experience. Wine list is extensive and has something for everyone.
Five stars. Authentic Polish cuisine and very nice it was too. We stayed in Krakow for a few days and the best meal we had was here, we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very tasty authentic food, really enjoyed it. Would have giveb gladly 5 stars if the service was faster. It took really long time to get served, we already thought they forgot our tea because several tables that ordered after us got their drinks faster. Deginitely not a place forquick dining but well worth it.
Good! We started with duck paté which was really delicious. As a main course, I ordered Schabowy with cabbage - for me a bit boring, nothing special, cabbage was really tasty though. My boyfriend had a beef cheeks with carrots and potatoes, and I was so jealous of him! The taste was perfect. Overall a great experience, thank you for your service.
This place was such an amazing experience. The service was a choreographed dance of food and drinks arriving in style. We had a large group in a room together and everyone enjoyed themselves. I had the vegetarian menu and the main dish did not disappoint. While the food was good, it wasn’t the best I had in Krakow, however the experience and atmosphere were totally worth it.

We did the tasting menu, and found it to be a great price for the food we were getting. We wanted to try Polish food and the tasting delivered. I loved the sour rye soup.
The soup was delicious, however the rest of them quite basic. Unfortunately the service of the food was very slow, we were waiting 1h till the main dish will be served. The staff is very friendly but the disappointment of the customers was obvious on their faces due to the long delay of serving 😟
Big size of portions. The food is good and definitely worth the price. Busy on weekends, need to make a reservation. A small tip -ask for the place in the cellar, it is more authentic then ground floor
Awesome breakfast place. They have a great variety of home made bread, sweet toppings like jams and chocolate creams, many cold and warm sandwiches. The place is crowded, obviously a sign of a great popular place. I highly recommend!
Bardzo roznie. Jak jest spokoj i popoludnie przyjdzie fajna sporo dodatkow i calkiem smacza a zamow wieczorem to masz surowe rogi, niedoprawione ciasto, cienkie jak kartka papieru. Szkoda.

Simple food prepared really well. The lamb was tender and perfectly seasoned. The chips were hand cut and very tasty. The salad was uninspired but overall a very enviable meal. Good sized portion and a reasonable price. I would eat here again.
Food was really nice! I really enjoyed having ‘The Charlotte’, I’ve never had bread and croissants dipped in warm white chocolate before. It was just such a lovely experience. Only thing i didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough staff, the place is all over TikTok so understandably it was busy. The tables weren’t that clean and also I finished my breakfast by the time my boyfriends food arrived. It would’ve been nice to eat together. I think this place could be incredible if there were just enough people to help work it.

We ate here one night on a recent trip to Krakow and we’re blown away by the food! The quality and taste was sensational and the staff and atmosphere was excellent. The dishes are all a little bit different and you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be returning here next time I’m in Krakow.
If I don’t know where to go to grab a bite in Warsaw or Krakow, I’m going to Charlotte.

The service staff there are like dodos who don't even know how many available seats they have. They always say, "Please wait in line," when there is no line. They completely forgot how to serve food. They served water in a dirty bottle. There was a chef's hair in the sandwich. And no one of these dodos even bothered to ask if everything was okay. A darn awful place. If you want to have bloody bad experience - welcome.

Cleaning woman screams at children but isn’t it family restaurant? Despite good service from waiters and good food, overall stay was ruined after that woman

The employees are friendly, they recommend very tasty dishes (when you visit, be sure to listen to their advice!), and they are also just pleasant and nice. The dishes themselves are really super tasty, unfortunately we didn't get the whole menu, otherwise we simply wouldn't have been able to go out, but we highly recommend it and will definitely come next time :)

This is a very good restaurant, Michelin listed but no stars. Traditional Polish food very well cooked. Good service. Nice location. Indoor and outdoor options to eat, both nice. Definetely a good choice in Krakow
The waitress noticed (while I did not) that I have a small fruit fly in my wine and offered to change my glass and wine. Attention to detail is astounding. The food is the amazing version of what is top class Polish food. The famous desert was just a bit less than perfect as the ice cream mushroom wash a little too frozen but this is a small oversight compared with the rest of the meal. The famous room with wallpaper painted with gold, tells a history of a famous 21 day non stop feast. Everything is fresh, served with attention. Expensive but worth it, especially if you like grandeur and eating wild game. Highly recommended.
I had a great lunch at Laba Bistro. The food was very good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. Unfortunately, the place is quite expensive and the dishes are not very big. There is a Pub nearby and a playground for children so it is quite noisy. Still, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Krakow.
We had a great time, the dinner was very tasty. My pork chop was very very good, I remember the taste until now, I highly recommend it ! The tartare was also very good, we liked everything👍🏻 Nice atmosphere and great service. Highly recommended !!

The chicken dish was really good! However, my friends who tried the potato pancakes didn't like them that much because they were very oily.
A good restaurant, at reasonable prices! Grilled chicken is not bad, but pickled cucumber is just "space". You can't order separately, but it's a pity, the waitress wanted to bring it for free, but instead of a cucumber she got cabbage))
We went to Cyrano de Bergerac for our summer holiday in Krakow, and out of all the good meals we had that week, this was the best one! The restaurant is very cosy with its grotto-like atmosphere, and candles romantically lit up all the tables. The service was great, with the server being very attentive and sweet. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the lobster bisque as a starter, and my partner had the sweetbread. We both had the beef Wellington for the main, and it is the best beef Wellington I have ever had! I can still remember how good it was, and I hope to go to Krakow again soon just to eat here again. Overall, it was a great night with great food and staff, and we would absolutely recommend it and would love to visit Cyrano de Bergerac again. We also recommended it to some of our friends who travelled to Krakow recently, and they also loved it.

I had a Caesar salad with bacon which was delightful, but was drenched with sauce. It was more of sauce with salad in my opinion. I also had the steak with fries which was nice, but just a bit over salted. Their homemade lemonade was amazing.

Great place for polish food in Krakow. Loved the pierogi, golabki and the kotlet. Super tasty - with very good wine. Should’ve been only cooler though. On top of that simply outstanding service. Thank you, we had a blast!
Amazing place to stop by for a fine dining style lunch meal. We really enjoyed the entree, main and dessert. It looks tiny from the outside and can be hard to stop but really good place to enjoy the lunch. Definitely worth a stop!
As much as it pains me, lost reservation, long wait time for food, and unprofessional comments from the waiting staff are the reason why I gave only 3 stars. The food was fantastic, the restaurant is beautiful, unfortunately we were constantly disrupted by waiters bringing other dinners to our table to quiz them about a painting that hung above our table.
The mussels were tasteless, FROZEN mussels have more taste than these. And crushed shell in the sauce so when i went for a spoon of the sauce all i felt was the shell crunch. Service was meh, one server touched the drinking surface of my wine glass with her forearm when she put down the plate.
Fries was 2/5 nothing special
Wine was 5/5, good recomendation from the sommelier.

dine in the evening in the heart of the old town with spectacular views and wonderful food. Local dishes are delicious. The red liquor they gave when you finish your meal is free and this is very nice of them. Service is fast enough and the food is brought warm. You can just sit there to have a coffee as well. Prices here are much more reasonable when compared to the restaurants. Which are in the heart of old town in other major European countries
Charlotte is nice. Small space, but vibrant. Food is really amazing. Prices are worth it. One of my favorite restaurants in Kraków. And the waitresses are so kind! Thank you!

I wish I can give more than 5 star for atmosphere and service.
Everything is well managed. Food is good. We had pizza and burger and both were delicious.
For kids, they provided colour and drawing paper which made my kid happy.

Food was really good but cold, so why 5stars? Customer service was REALY amazing. The gentleman who served us was so helpful and done such a good job with serving big table. Making sure we have enough drinks and was so patient, as we were with kids. I will definitely give another chance to this place because of him. Well 100% recommend.

I absolutely love Laba Bistro! The food is delicious, and the drinks are top-notch. They serve mouthwatering burgers that come with a healthy salad, which is an original touch. Delicious Italian dishes served in enough portions. Probably one of the few places you can find some nice food to eat at around 22:00. 😌

We were served by the wonderful Liliana who brought joy and a feeling of genuine care towards us. She carried heavy laden trays of dishes all at once to our table. Liliana is the best waitress I have ever had.

Very typical polish food, the Pirogi was best we ate in Krakow and the rest was very refined. We came there with 3 kids and the waitress were super helpful and patient, they warmed up food for the kids and made sure all was comfortable for us. The atmosphere is very charming. Top place, highly recommend eating there.

Enjoyed the vibe but the food didn't match up as much as I hoped (after reading some reviews that claimed it's the best place nearby) . They offer polpo and quite a few other seafood options so I might give it a try next time I'm in Kraków. Service could've been more supportive.
Cosy atmosphere, authentic French music and a decent selection of booth food & wine. Combine this with the reasonable (for the quality) price - and this is one of my favourite restaurants in Kraków so far.
You'd think that the Charlotte was the only place in town for breakfast and brunch, since there always is a line of people in front of the place (to be fair, the capacities are currently limited due to renovations).
But the wait is very well worth it! The food is simple, fresh, and delicious, and it has a homemade quality to it that you just don't get in similar restaurants or breakfast cafés.
The staff is also very friendly and provide excellent service, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Love the Charlotte!

Zalewajka was a charming restaurant with absolutely delicious food! The service was impeccable. I had the tasting menu and loved every bite. I really liked that the tasting menu gave you opportunity to try so many things by including two of their soups, two kinds of sauce with the stuffed cabbage, and all of their Polish homemade dumplings. The beetroot soup was outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't go back a second time during my stay in Krakow.
Outstanding experience!! Michelin starred restaurant. Service is at the highest level, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. OK, meal portions are not that big, but to be honest, it was quite enough and we filled really satisfied. And prices are quite reasonable, I cannot say it is overpriced for what you are getting including the highest quality and food design, even the plates looks amazing 🤩. To conclude, I really recommend to check this place and feel it.

We were 6 people who came on Saturday evening. The restaurant was full but after 10 min we had available table for us.
It took time to get the food but waiting worth it, as the food was very tasty, big plates and all of us really enjoyed.

Got the khachapuri as an appetizer and then I got the grilled goat cheese salad (loved the figs on it!!) Some others in the group got the lamb and chicken dishes. Roasted veggies were delicious. Food was good and hit the spot but we were wishing the egg on the khachapuri was runny, someone in our group familiar with Georgian food said it wasn’t her favorite. Other than that it was lovely and I’d recommend it! Marta was awesome and super attentive!
This restaurant was super convenient for us to go to as we were staying in the same building. Cozy atmosphere, though there isn't a lot of space between tables where we were. The waiter was excellent and very accommodating and knowledgeable regarding the Polish wines we were curious about. The wine list is good, with a variety countries represented, and a reasonable number available by the glass. The food was superb, from our French onion soup and asparagus salad, through the mains of veal with pea purée and foie gras sauce and beef cheeks, and finishing with crème brûlée and profiteroles. Thoroughly enjoyable evening meal!
We had an excellent time with a very attentive staff providing excellent service to complement the delicious dishes. Portions were a bit small, specifically the venison tenderloin which was the most expensive main, but surprisingly filling. With a starter and main no one had room for dessert even. We loved the historic setting, which is no understatement given the 600 year history here. Snippets of it were included in the menu.

Kitchen is wonderful, the choice of Georgian wine is good. A very nice spot near the Mariacki cathedral, but it is cosy and calm. Service is great. Each time we are here the waiters are very nice, polite and helpful
I had a classic burger there. Really good meat pate and nice presentation. Good bun. Altogether solid burger.

Came to this restaurant to celebrate 🥳 my son's 18th birthday. This restaurant isn't cheap but you do eat very well and is worth the money you spend here. The waiters are friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a special occasion.
When I was in Krakow on business, I was searching for recommendations on where and what to eat, and that's when I came across that particular establishment. I went there because I thought it would be interesting to see, and I am very happy that I did. I went for the ribs and got a couple of drinks to accompany them. I really liked how flavourful the ribs were, and overall, I had a great time eating there. If you want to eat something delicious, you should definitely consider doing so!

I had a chicken salad - honestly it was amazing, the way it was presented and the way the flavors mixed together. The rest was adequate however, personally I recommend the salad :))

Nice ambience and good location. located conveniently, just one minute away from the synagogue. Friendly waitress and wonderful food. I recommend the chicken liver salad, as well as the more well-known dishes like sour rye soup and pork chops.

Nice restaurant, well decorated, pleasant staff. Home style cooked food, served in quite old school traditional way. I had the tasting menu - 2 soups, a spinach parcel, pork ribs and perogi, an apple frita of sorts and a glass of local red to accompany. Although everything was well cooked, I found most of these to be fairly bland and uninspiring. The Zalewajka soup was lovely, the rest.. well, couldn't really get excited about it - even the wine was slightly 'middle of the road'. Hands down the best restaurant we ate at during our stay in Krakow, highly recommend going if you are here. Massive compliments to the chef, the best polish food we have ever eaten! 10/10, don't miss out!
We had a great time here. The service was excellent, everyone was professional and very nice. The food tasted great. I think they still have to work on the presentation and even some food combinations - everything on the octopus dish tasted delicious, but the puree should have been served in a finer presentation + it was really weird to see octopus paired with puree and a bruschetta. Same with duck and pasta. But the taste and the service were 10/10.
It was a fantastic experience. The waiter is professional and polite. The foods are tasty specially the duck. The only issues I have is the guy in “reception”/down the staircase seems not very approachable, no proper greetings. It would be nice to feel welcome. The place is elegant but the atmosphere can a bit awkward because sometimes it is too quiet. Overall, a great place for special occasions.
We had a fabulous time at this historic gem! The service was first rate, and the food was gourmet and delicious. We did one of the prefix multi course menus, and it was well worth it. (They call it a tasting menu, but the portions were large.) I just can’t say enough about how great it was. We will be back.

Today me and my friends wanted to pay separately, but it was not possible. I don't see what prevents them from accepting 5 different payments. Now we have to make bank transfers, which will be received on the next day. Clients' comfort should be a priority.

This place was an experience. Really good french/upper class cuisine for honestly a very low price, as a tourist.
The place itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere and beautiful french music. The service was superb with the waiter giving us many wine tips and offering extra bread with the beef tartare.
I myself did not order a starter so the waiter actually got me a small starter to enjoy so I could still have something while my friends ate theirs, which I found to be exceptionally friendly of the restaurant.
As a main I had a beef wellington which was absolutely delicious and an amazing deal for only 140 pl (29 euros). My friends got the duck which was also extremely good (probably the best bang for your buck in the restaurant). As dessert I had a delicious red fruit parfait which I can also highly recommend.
All on all, I highly recommend this restaurant. It really is a fine dining experience for a low price, will definitely come back when I'm in krakow again.

Spontaneous stop when a thunderstorm surprised me. I didn't regret it. Very tasty food for the evening. Starter Soko Cecze , with brilliant cheese filling. For the main course Odzhakhuri - very nicely spiced as well with nice crispy pork.

Miła obsługa, stara się dogodzić klientowi. Zamówiona pizza z vege + dodatkowy tuńczyk o średnicy 50 cm kosztowała 57 zł. Ciasto cienkie, nieprzypalone, brzegi pyszne, nie za grube. Proporcje składników odpowiednie. Podsumowując: pizza całkiem dobra. Polecam!
PS. W środku lokalu są co prawda stoliki, ale miejsca jest niewiele, raczej nie jest to miejsce do posiedzenia w środku, tylko do zamawiania z dostawą lub odbiorem osobistym (który jest świetnym rozwiązaniem, bo pizza jest szybko gotowa, a do tego gorąca!)

We were recommended to visit this restaurant in our hotel. The two kilometer walk was very worth it. Staff was nice, friendly and was okay with ordering in English. The menu is only in Polish, but still fine to decode by Czech tourists. We were offered a kid's stool, crayons and toys for the kid to keep entertained. There is also a small playground. The place is pretty big, spacy, open and cozy. The menu is appropriately big and the choice is fine. Choose from pizzas, Italian cousine, burgers, ribs and salads. Gnocchi with mushroom sauce is a good choice for kids and it's very tasty. So it's the BBQ burger. Big one, with fries and will satisfy big gourmets. Caesar salad is a classic that you can never go wrong with. We were very satisfied here and can recommend the place. Prices are absolutely okay for a place like this. Of course you can pay by card.
Very nice experience. Unplanned stop, but totally worth it. Very nice staff, cozy and modern location. I tried the schrimp starter (different taste from what I am used to), tomato soup and smoked trout (they do actually smoke it in front of you)! Nice wine list and very good coffee.
A great restaurant by Galeria Kazimierz - fab food and cocktails! We really enjoyed our evening here. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Great decor 😀

Though service in restaurants in Krakow can be quite slow, the waiters here did not keep us waiting and the food came promptly.
The prawns from the starter dish were large and the garlic butter was phenomenal. The beef salad and beef rib dishes were excellent and great portion sizes with the complimentary bread and olives/dried tomatoes tying everything together.
Really happy with the food here and the cosy indoor space combined with excellent outdoor seating makes it perfect for any time of year.
