I love this building! The interiors are excellent, and the service is what sets it apart. The doormen are fantastic – always helpful and pleasant. The service team run by Abdul is also top-notch. A special thanks to Steven for resolving a plumbing issue in my apartment with such courtesy and efficiency :D

The community and staff at 600 Washington has been simply the best! Ever since I’ve moved in I have felt welcomed by every single member.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a leasing office. The leasing agent was very hard to work with and rude - felt like I was at the DMV based on her ineptitude. She made general questions about potential lease openings (that I now realize I can find the answers to online) sound like I was asking for the secrets to Fort Knox. Just ridiculous. She definitely lost a sale and needs to get her head out of the clouds. Would not recommend.

The folks at 600 Washington are simply the best. Super well managed, very friendly and helpful. They are swift at addressing any issues that may arise on the block and with our space. I always feel confident that I can go to them whenever I am in need.

Wonderful experience living at 600 Washington! The leasing agent (Anna) is always very helpful, James and the rest of the concierge team are welcoming and attentive, and Abdul and the rest of the maintenance team are very capable and responsive. Overall, the staff make 600 Washington a place we’re happy to come home to every day.

I have lived in the building for over 7 years and have had a great experience. The entire staff is great. They are attentive, helpful, polite and keep the building in great condition. I have lived in several places in NYC over the years and have not found anything comparable. So long as I am in NYC, I will be living in 600 Washington.

Excellent apartment, building, and staff. The building is super well maintained and truly feels like home. The apartment is stunning and has beautiful finishings. But most importantly everyone who works at the building really goes out of their way to make you feel like home and make the experience incredibly comfortable. Can't recommend living here enough. Plus excellent area and right on the water!
