Everything was perfect with my dinner at Olive Garden. I recommend it. I visited it on Wednesday at 7 pm. I liked it a lot. I also used its to go service. Perfect service!!!
I will NEVER come back to this place. And I do not recommend you to do so. While I was eating my chicken tortelloni Alfredo I noticed something different inside my meal. Guess what, it was a piece of aluminium foil. I nicely tell the server of what I found. All she said i’ll tell the manager. I waited more than 20 minutes and nobody show to the table, the waiter was taking with another server. No manager show up. At that point since nobody was coming to our table I decided to just pay and leave using the tablet that was on the table. But surprising I noticed that the waiter was still chatting with the other server and I told her this not acceptable. She said i was waiting for you to finish so i could call the manager because they were on a meeting. Seriously??? This is unacceptable.
The food is good but not much for the price. Even if you only order an appetizer, they charge you 8.99 for the salad. The old slogan of "All the bread and salad you like" no longer exists. The musty smell in the place is getting worse. They served us food before water, a new way to serve the table, I think... If you don't leave a 20% tip, you are looked at like a weirdo.
My friend and I arrived about 7 pm on a Friday night to the Hialeah location.We were greeted and seated right away in a less busy side of restaurant. We waited about 7 minutes into our server came over. I supposed they were short staffed. We had reviewed the menu and ordered our meal selection and beverage right away. Drinks came promptly. Salad took a bit longer because we wanted dressing on the side most times salad is overdressed. We both ordered Tour of Italy. I first noticed the Alfredo portion seemed smaller than pictured on menu and the lasagna looked like it had been microwaved there was not freshness look to it and nothing at all like picture the chicken parm was a little light on sauce and melted cheese I am not one to send food back I just ate what I wanted. Maybe it was an off night or new cook. The food definitely could have been better. I was disappointed. Felipe did the best he could. He asked how was everything I said food was not so good.
The food is decent and well priced but the best thing about this particular restaurant is always the service. Every member of staff is super courteous and our waitress was happy to make adjustments to our dishes and accommodate us.
Today it was pouring rain and the two Hostesses in the front were making a curbside delivery. After they finished their delivery they offered to bring us to our car with their umbrella. And after us they walked another family waiting with us .
It's not part of their job AT ALL yet they were happy to do it, although I didn't catch either of their names I wish I did because they deserve some type recognition for their excellent service.
I hope the general manager see's this and finds out who these girls were.

I don’t even know where to start. Maybe they should close this store and rebuild. The furniture was dirty, stained and outdated. The tables had a horrible smell. The carpet looked so old and bad. The salt and pepper shaker had mildew. The overall smell of the place was poor. The server name was Juan. He was nice l, friendly and courteous. However, he stood over come time to pay to see if I would tip him. Totally not necessary. The food was mid at best. Very mediocre. We ordered the calamari which was full of flavor. The breadsticks was not a hit as it usually are at different locations. The salad was decent. The seafood Alfredo was tasteless. No flavor at all. The sirloin was tasteless. I would not come to this location. There was nothing Italy about it. The atmosphere was not inviting.
It took a while for them to actually assist us, but after Elizabeth took over it was excellent. She was very attentive and fun. Made sure we had a pleasant time and that we had everything we needed.
The Shrimp Scampi, the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and the Seafood Alfredo were really tasty. I had the Italian Rum Punch, and it was nice (if you like the distinctive taste of amaretto). The strawberry bellini was 😚👌🏻.
