The food was great, the floors very sticky.

The A/C only works in half the building

The service was horrible the waiter had to be reminded after 40 minutes to bring us our main course.. the food was cold the cheese was not melted on the bake potato everything was cold. Right away when I told the waiter she got on the defense and stated do u want the manager. I will never come here again…and Christopher the manager is horrible and didn’t even care to listen to what I had say and was very unapologetic this why I don’t patronize establishments in low income area because you get low service. When you dealing with the public customer service is everything, which is something that this Hialeah longhorn branch doesn’t have.

They sure know how to make a good steak! Are there fancier places with more premium cuts? Sure but, it's not wise to spend an arm and a leg on a regular lunch just because you wanted steak.

Service is good, you get free bread and butter and their cesar salad which is included in lost dishes is probably the best I've had.

Honestly, LongHorn will never disappoint.

Awesome, good steaks, great service! I wish we would have one of those in Alaska. It's a classier place than Texas Roadhouse ( Texas Roadhouse is great, too)

I strongly recommend this place if you want to have perfect dinner with your friends. Taste is perfect, workers are friendly and place is well organized 👌

Classic Longhorn! Awesome service and great food! Our waiter was great with honest recommendations and the fresh bread was soft and warm! Ample parking in the rear. Overall would come back again.

Parking lot was spacious, plenty of space for larger vehicles, and ample wheelchair accessible spots too.

Although we didn't have a long wait for our table, we had a bumpy start, as we came in with a larger party (10) on a Sunday afternoon; however, it was early enough in the day before they started to get busy (right after opening) so accommodating the group was not an extraordinary ask. The hostest attempted to seat us at two separate tables...twice. This was extremely frustrating, especially after we explained that we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to be seated together. It wasn't until we literally refused to sit at the tables she prepared for us that she started to understand we were serious and found another option that required her to join two tables for our party.

Once we got seated, we had nothing but superb service. The server was great and attentive, our drinks stayed full, food came out fast, cooked just right, and was delicious!! Even when there was a slight mix-up with two of the orders, it was handled with care.

Great options for the kids and the kids menu doubles as an activity book that helped keep them occupied, which is always a plus. And just to top all of that off-- check out that amazing chocolate stampede! We will be returning.
