The Metro

I lived in the building for a year. Left with mixed impressions. The best part of the building is the super (Rob). He keeps the place clean, is accessible, and is willing to help. The worst part is the structure. Real money-saving went on there. The walls are paper-thin with no sound insulation. It is NOT CONCRETE. Your ceiling will shake from people walking on top (not their fault). You will hear unwanted details of neighbors' private life, their entertainment, their dog, or all of the above. Another thing to keep in mind is stolen packages. Since the building has no concierge, packages are not monitored. Essentially anyone can take anything with no repercussions. Three expensive packages with electronics had been stolen from me. Management showed zero interest in helping investigate. So if something like that happens to you - you are on your own.

Very nice medium size apartment. Very calm and quiet. Surrounded by many schools, parks and shopping facilities.
