Crack heads out side..
Broken dryers(667-BYJ and 668-BYJ). Roach infestation. Tenants have dogs!! Literally dog feces on the 4th floor. Staff needs to do better
Needs an exterminator.
Roach infestation in the trash room which subsequently leads to a roach problem in the nearby apartment units. Super is rude and will talk down to you if you present problems with the building that are not necessarily any fault of you’re own. An exterminator is needed badly.
Elevators all ways go out,, nice back yard but never open,rats outside,,,I'm not done,
on 129-11 the super in apartment 1f, cursed me out because i wanted info on management for available units. he threatened two tenats while i was there. i hope they get rid of that pos.
