Parked my car before early bird, they happily took the car and only told me in the evening upon payment that it was oversize. Ticket said “standard” but guy said “it’s oversize in the system, too bad”. Never parking here again!!

Rude. They yell at everybody. When we got our car back we noticed they had been through our car. The trunk was open, the cell phone mount had been taken off and lights were off.should have left a tip had we known. Beware.

Guys who work here are jerks. Rude, not helpful at all, and they made me wAit extra for my car because I wanted to use Apple Pay and their machine wasn’t registering and opposed to just ringing me up ip again they insisted my Apple Pay didn’t work. When it did. Then just stood around talking for 5 minutes instead of getting my car.

Terrible. I made a reservation via spot hero. As soon as I get there, all I hear was yelling from a super rude, swearing valet parking attendant for no reason. If I didn't already paid for it, I would've left. I should've checked the google reviews.. instead of trusting spot hero reviews. Oh also the rate was not correct on the website. So it looks like I will be paying $15 more per day instead of $65. Wth?

Not only are they rude but they have 1 person retrieving cars. So if you hit a busy time, you could wait up to 1 hour to get your car.

Unacceptable behavior. We parked at the 46th location for 2 hrs with the sole purpose of charging our car. We made them aware that we desperately needed to charge our car and would pay for 2 hr parking + the $20 charge fee. The parking attendants agreed. We came back and they failed to charge the car, claiming they didn’t know how. It’s a standard EV and they have a sign out front that says EV charging. I’m not sure what kind of scam they’re trying to pull having us park for two hours and not charging our car. We had to argue with the manager to get them to charge our car for an hour, which we paid for (suddenly they remembered how to charge an EV). They wasted three hours of our night and the final bill was over $60. I highly suggest avoiding places like this, who obviously take advantage of tourists.

I usually don’t write bad reviews for businesses, but this garage was a big nightmare.
I wish I would have checked their 1.4 stars reviews before parking, , but who checks the parking garage reviews.
Never park here, sharing my experience:
We booked parking from spot hero, after reaching at the parking gate, the attendant said, they that we didn’t paid for the parking, but we actually did pay spot hero and
We paid again to them because we were running late for our bus tour.
We came back around 7pm to pick our vehicle
and found out their car elevator is broken for past 3 hours and there was no sign to be fixed soon. We waited 4 hours for it to be fixed, the attendant kept on promising us that mehanic is on its way, no one showed up until 11pm, my parents are 65 snd 71 year old, with lot of health issue and all their medicines were in the vehicle, which is trapped in their garage and there is no way they can take it out for us.
We took a Uber to New Jersey and went to our air B and B.
We tried calling the garage in the morning, no one would answer the phone and update us about the elevator situation.
We had to vacate the rental place at 11am, so we drove 1.5 hours to rent a mini van, to fit all of us 6 people with luggage.
Then we drove to Times Square to find out about our vehicle.
Now they are bringing the vehicles out manually, and we got our van back.
Why couldn’t they get the vehicles out manually last night itself?
They had no answer, instead they were blaming on the mechanic.
Their second car elevator is also under repair, they were running the business on backup elevator.
They didn’t even refunded our money, forget about the stress we have gone through in past 15 hours and my parents suffering without the meds.
Lesson learned check reviews of even parking garage. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
