Burrito Me

The food is good. But my order seems to be impossible to get right. It’s been years since it’s been right first try. This place is going downhill.. None of the employees seem happy. And don’t bother getting extra meat of your burrito. They will just mask it with an absurd amount of cheese. Bring back the GOOD Burrito Me

the workers were just talking the whole time, i waited half an hour for my burrito. a few people came in after me and the workers just talked with them and made their burrito before mine. unfortunately the workers only cared about talking with each other and taking their time with making a small burrito then making customers happy

The food is delicious but the employees are antisocial and the service is very slow. I ordered two burritos and had to wait nearly an hour when the restaurant was hardly busy. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and there was a hair in my girlfriend's burrito. I've been coming here for years but it's gotten worse and worse every month. The prices are very high and nobody is making an effort to prepare the food in a timely manner anymore. I have a limited lunch break but the employees keep stopping their work to fool around instead of preparing the food. I've even ordered an hour ahead and still had to wait. Not impressed.

I've been to burrito me several times now. I've only had a positive experience the very first time and tonight is the last chance I'm giving them. First off the prices are very high considering the small/medium size burrito you get when ordering a "big" burrito. They charge you alot to add anything and it doesn't even matter because they still hardly put anything in the burritos. My burrito which I paid extra for guacamole had a laughable approximately 1 tbsp if that of guac. Tonight I got a bare bones burrito with nothing extra besides guacamole didn't even come folded. The inside was cold, the chicken was cold and chewy and the tortilla was cold, wet and slimy like they had laid it down on the bare counter or something. I waited by the counter and picked up my order immediately upon hearing my name called out. The burrito was all soggy and was visibly slimy even after just moments of having it. I don't each much per sitting but I was still fairly hungry after eating that "big burrito", the portion sizes are just miniscule compared to everywhere else. Beyond disappointed with the food and the workers here after spending quit a bit of money here. The only positives here is the convenient parking lot and the easy to use order kiosks.

Owner belt tightening. The portion sizes are OUT OF CONTROL. The sizes are literally half what they were 6 months ago. The standard size bowl comes with less than a quarter inch of material (Yes I measured). It has turned me away. Gave it last chance this week. Will have to return in 6 months and see if they stopped being so skimpy. I feel hungry after I finish an entire bowl- and I used to be filled to the brim 6 months ago. Literally comically small serving sizes.

Order here frequently! Food is always fresh and full of flavor- big portions- I love that I can order online while in my office and it’s ready when I arrive every time! My order is never Incorrect and I am always more than satisfied with the portion size! Thanks Burrito me!

I truly love Burrito Me (hence the extra star) but have been leaving disappointed. The prices and add on prices are far too high for the small portion sizes given. I love getting my protein in so I started ordering “big” burritos or “big” burrito bowls. However, that did not make much of a difference in portion size from their normal sizes, even when paying for extra add ons of rice and chicken. I really hope they can fix this as I’ve gone back to give them many chances.
