Al Riqqa Restaurant

I always do home delivery from here and food taste is really good. one minus mark for them is they don't accept card on delivery these days. Other than that they are doing pretty good job.

Not being a fillipino and visiting the restaurant is really terrible, waitress there while you order are just on their phone. They don’t care if your not a fillpino. Even calling them for several times.

I ordered sisig and rice then the waitress (Rose), came and asked if take away or table, I responded i am sitting here so it’s table. Then, she responded a lot of customers sits here just tell if it’s table or take away which is very rude to talk to a customer in a bad tone. Later on she came and gave only rice then gave sisig after 07 mind counting. She just dropped the food on the table and didn’t even know how to greet the customer.

Later on another waitress came and asked me if i want soup. I said ok. She gave me a soup i asked her what soup is that she just said bullalo and didn’t even mention if it was beef or chicken.

Then,
I asked the cashier lady to add me some more rice. She came out with the payment saying my bill was … aed, she doesn’t even understand and doesn’t no good customer service cause she is on her phone while one lady was wide open on her phone making videos on the entrance door.

Food wise it’s fine but if the owner could help the waitress to change their behavior would be really nice.

I do understand that this restaurant serves fillipino food but they should understand that other nationality are coming there too.

They should describe what the food is before serving or ordering.

Good taste foood. Very low price. Great vegetarian options

I had 1 chana masala & 2 paratha.
- Fresh and good taste.
- Very affordable at prices.
- Serves tasty Motta set ( as seen prople having around)
- Polite and accommodating staff.

Very nice India food all south and north India,fast food available with nice juices in deira area . I like the serivice here .

Food is good and I'm eating here since 2 years. This days I'm not happy with customer service they are providing these days it's pathetic and some new person is seating on the counter he has no idea what he is doing there. I ordered my food 1 hour before today and he saw my message on WhatsApp so I thought he accepted my order and hence after 1 hour I texted him where is my food he saying ok you want biryani seriously it means he just saw my message and neglected it and it was like ok it happens still I asked chicken biryani is always ready there and again I asked him till what time it will take to be delivered here in rigga he said like no exact time delivery boy is not there if he comes then I will send the delivery still I asked him like tell me the time as it been already more than 1hour then he is still saying the same I will send once he comes. I mean this feels like rubbish reason and later he message me and says will deliver after 30minutes which means the order will be delivered around 2hours so which means this guy shows his own thing I had previous Anna and the other guys they know me so well I never felt disappointed seriously. The new counter guys doesn't know anything what he doing the guys who serves they are much better than this guy and this is second time he has done this.Even last time he gave me wrong order with somuch spicy rice and i told him and he denied to take it back.

I tried two times from here . It’s an average restaurant, I tried biriyani & ghee rice , I didn’t like that much the both dishes . I think the beef curry was better .

The worst thing that I don’t like , a person that clean a table and the same Person serving the food 😶😶😶
