Sweekar and his team are so professional and always smiling , very quaint. The food is delicious especially the egg Maggie and the personalised ginger tea. Thank you for a pleasant experience everyone we visit.

The tea wasnt great- and I noticed ants crawling around in one of the snack baskets near the register. Not great for confidence. Wouldn't want to eat here.

Neat and clean cafe. Varieties of teas and sandwiches. Superb burger. Saffron tea lovers must visit.

Tea Zone Karama: The place is a gem when it comes to the cafe, the best in Karama. The place is located at centre of Karama easy to spot which serves the Signature TEA “Zafran Tea”, snacks, shakes and dessert as well. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. The interior of this place is amazing with many pretty decors on the walls with a homey vibe and good atmosphere.

The owner of the place was present on the day of my visit and I was a bit confused so asked their suggestions for what to order. They explained to me so well that made my confusion go away and helped me ordered the best thing they serve and best selling Combo dish.

The service was prompt and it hardly takes 10 min forever thing to get ready. It was 2 am when we visited. There were few college students and few couples were having their good time as the ambience is so comfortable over here that you can sit and spend a long time over here. Me and my friends are Tea Freaks and here we got a great deal on Medium Zafaran Tea 4:1 free. Definitely recommended place for hangout.

First off all special thanks for the team of teazone to opened in karama.i love very much your tea. I think it's a magical tea . And sandwiches are verry tasty.aspecially good staffs for deserving us. It's a place for refreshment. I suggest for all of you to visit this outlet and thankyou so much for giving me a wonderful time with your tea

2 Stars for Food & The Zafaran tea only

Balance 3 Stars not given for the bad customer service. Staff doesn't care to ask for orders for long time. Very noisy and loud discussing staff.
Once you order for any food items takes long time to serve.
Tables untidy n when set outside the chairs and tables were full of Dust.
Ambiance is Cool and full 5 stars for that.
No Music!- makes dullness
Need lot of improvement to be done

Ordered tea (Karak) from here. It tasted fresh and nice. But i feel it is not worth AED 2.00

For AED 2.00 it feels pricey in comparison to quantity and also other choices which are available in near vicinity for Karak options.

Lost points for the cold and not so friendly staff who served me behind the counter, who seemed least bothered about the order. That was the reason I just settled for a tea and did not want to proceed further.

Place seems cool to hang out with friends. Seems cosy and comfy.
