Lovely ambience, great tasty food coupled with lots of variety, very friendly and prompt service which adds to the brownie points. The good part is they have additional ground sitting options keeping in line with the traditions.

Went for lunch today. We were the first ones to enter (at 12 noon) and the staff were yet to get organised. We were seated in 10 minutes but took another 10 minutes for the food to be served. Starters were OK. The Dhokla was flavorless and the Dahi was not soaked into the Dahi vada. The green peas kachodi was nice (but the second serving didn't hit the same flavor). Main course veg was average to good and the dal was nice. Khichdi was surprisingly not well prepared. Malpua dessert was good first round, but second time was quite sad. On the whole, decent but not heading back or recommending it to anyone.

When you are outside India but still don't want to miss the Desi Khaana😍😍 you know where to come. This is a pure veg restaurant. The Rasoi Ghar has a wide spread unlimited thaali, starts with 2 drinks (usually a kind of juice and a buttermilk), then comes starters, this starter platter will have atleast 3 starters (items may vary daily). I've been visiting them regularly, and I've got the chance to taste different items each time.
Then come the maincourse, 4 different heavy currys (usually louki sabzi, potato curry rajastani style, paneer babycorn curry, aloo jeera, palak dal, mixed sprouted curry-any 4 among these and more), then we have 2 dal and 2 kadi (one spicy amd one sweet).
In bread options, we have roti, jowar roti, and poori.
And sweets 🤌🏻 the akroot phirni we had this time was out of the world, jalebi with rabdi, badam halva and many more.
It does not end here, they also serve kichdi, biryani(veg), and white rice too.
So dig in and enjoy.

A nice thali with 6 vegetables, 2 curries and 2 sweets.

Ita unlimited thali for 58 dhs. Service is nice. They come to your seat for hand wash. Welcome drinks, appetizers and main course thali follows.

Must visit. But you need to go really hungry to eat all the thali.

The food was a mixture of Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisine, everything was on the sweet side, except the pickle. There is a lot of variety to taste, the staff are very friendly and courteous, the price is a little high, but the experience was good. 👍
