Burger was good. Shake was really thin. Food was not ready on time, and the place was not slammed. Staff were chatting in groups when we arrived, but they snapped into it when we asked about our pickup order.
Great place, the first time better than typical Burger Fi or Five guys. My wife 1st burger in 20 yrs too. Looked up Florida location, liked it so much. The manager and staff did a great job with orders, despite some crabby people.
Expensive but basic. The employees are too casual around the customer's, you can hear everything they are saying (it wasn't an appropriate conversation) for a family establishment. There was nothing special about the burger except that the ingredients were fresh but unseasoned. Everything is sold separately, with no meal deals. For 2 burgers, fries, and drinks $40.00. I watched employees continue to serve and prep food with the same gloves they were eating with. I've never seen a cook eat hot fries in the kitchen while wearing gloves they are cooking with. Madness
Pricey for a fast food, but it is very good. The floors are slippery to the bathroom. Otherwise, very good!

Es kommt auf das richtige Team in der Küche an. Ich war zwei Tage hintereinander dort. Am ersten Tag war der Burger auf den Punkt. Am nächsten Tag nur noch trocken und hart. Und leider ist die Sauberkeit wie man sehen kann sehr ein Problemchen. Die Grundidee passt aber Sauberkeit und Front Personal sollten verbessert werden.
Good choice for a quick bite to eat. Quick service even though it was quite busy. Had a smash burger with brisket and it was smokey and very tasty.
