Rude employees, they wouldnt let me exchange a shirt for a different size after only an hour of purchase. It's not written anywhere in the store or on the receipt either, such a scam! Better stores at Navy Pier.. don't waste your time here

Discrimination at its finest. I went into this store last week visiting with my mother for the day. What I thought was a friendly conversation between an employee and my jacket was actually a Loss Prevention tactic to show that he was watching me while I shopped.
When leaving the store my mother told me that employee pointed at me and my mother and told his coworkers to "watch them". How disgusting. I'm genuinely hurt and embarrassed that I walked into a store and had a genuine conversation with an employee who saw me as less. Even foolishly while walking out the store after our purchase telling him to have a good day and take care. Whole time I was a threat in his eyes. If you come here and are a POC, be careful. They are not too fond of us. 0/10.

Just had the displeasure of going into I Love Chicago and had a terrible experience. The stock is way too overpriced for such poor quality. The staff members are rude and have a bad attitude. I purchased a hoodie for around $60 and within 10 minutes of leaving the shop I went to return it but was told they do not accept refunds or exchanges. They were not willing to budge at all, dispute not telling me about this policy upon purchase and desolate the receipt stating you can return or exchange within 30 days. 0/10 customer service. PLEASE do not shop here- there’s a much better souvenir shop right next door with lovely sales assistants and better prices.
I love Chicago but I hate this shop

Rating 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars because the customer service was clear as day shopping was quick and easy and very understandable, there’s nothing to complain about here unless you can’t understand simple company policy :\

The Experience and Service was horrible I asked the person working there. How much was the price of a hat? They told me very rudely, how much it was, that was when I visited a week and a half ago and today I tried to call to see if they had a specific item available in store they hung up immediately.

After purchasing items and going to the store next door “Bye Bye Chicago” they are overpriced. They also scream no refunds, returns, or exchanges before purchasing items. I’ve realized it’s because the store next door offers better pricing. They had a good selection but not worth the price in my opinion.

Worst service and attitude from the guy working the register. He was arrogant and ignorant from the moment we walked in and he let the door slam in our faces coming in off the street. He then didn’t greet us as customers coming in. While shopping, he rudely proceeded to re-fold a shirt that I had just placed back on the shelf and stepped in front of me to do this. Then when time came for us to checkout, he suddenly disappeared from register. When he finally returned, he was rude with his tone and continued to bring the rest of the atmosphere down. Wouldn’t recommend this man to continue with this customer service role.
