Food is great! Service is also great and the place is always clean.
guatemalteco worker best watch his mouth disrespecting my mother when she asked for plates when she had bought a family size meal and he got an attitude before i come back over there beat him to his senses
I specifically asked for a 3 piece chicken tender. They charged me for a 5 piece. I got no fries but the Mac & cheese inside the box ; which I wanted for THE SIDE. Irregardless of them misunderstanding me, they need to LISTEN. The cashiers are always on their phones or doing something else while taking an order. Not the 1st time I get an order wrong, but the first time I'm complaining of them not LISTENING to an order.
Staff is very polite and helpful. The special that we normally order is no longer available, so the cashier helped me adjust my order. The staff was keeping everything clean and tidy. Four other people were checked out and served while I waited for my order.
The food seemed the most fresh here. Meaning didn't taste so much like fast food, more like a fresh snack. The only reason it received four stars is because I don't recommend eating fast foods that often.
Raul was quick and very polite cashier. His patience level is impeccable. The food was very hot and fresh. They have to deal with alot of homeless and rowdiness here and they hold it down very well. They are polite, must've gotten rid of the person from previous reviews. Cause even the manager was polite, but not as nice as the cashier. Worth coming here. Pretty quick too. It was a long line and they powered through and stayed organized. Even took care of some Delivery people pretty quick that came in.
Fast orders. Great Staff. Clean and Professional Atmosphere. Transparent kitchen. Good mask and social distancing environment with social distance shields. Thank you for the meal. God Bless.
