Passport and Visa Department of RA

Rude and non-professional staff, that doesn't have any kind of ability to think about being supportive and useful. They need to learn at least ethics at the work place. And will be good to hire more professional staff instead of all these hate-speakers.

People working here could be nice, however the process is set in quite inefficient way which makes everyone stressed and rude

Quite good for a government office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Queues are big sometimes, but that's kinda what it is

We were very excited to travel and explore new country but you are just SWINDLE.
MY FRIEND AND I APPLIED E-VISA HOWEVER FIRST TIME WE ONLY ATTACHED OUR HOTEL L RESERVATION MY FRIEND RECEIVED IT FROM FIRST TIME but mine was DECLINED 3 TIMES ALTHOUGH I ATTACHED OUR HOTEL RESERVATION BESIDES 1) FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN $ 2) TRAVEL INSURANCE 3) RESIDENT PERMIT 4) ITINERARY TICKET
I WILL NEVER TRAVEL TO THIS COUNTRY

I will go there for the extension of my vise and took the token 2times because if u not go on counter in next 5-10 seconds so they will cut your no.anf then you have to take kne more token and staff was not so friendly there so be careful and don't forgot to carry some napkins or hanky because there is no air-conditioned on 2nd floor or they don't want to on the AC.

I have been visiting this Department for almost 8 years. My experience each year have been different. Good and bad at the same time. Nothing is constant there. Last time, I had to ask my native Manager to come with me there and finally they started being reallllllly helpful all of a sudden.
