This isn’t what is all cracked up to be. Sometimes you can get better sales in Macy’s and Kohls or Sierra regular stores closer to your home than coming here. Only for NY and NJ people sales taxes are higher for them compared to Pa. Parking sucks here too & mad house on the weekends NOT worth it for me and mine
Pocono Premium Outlets Center offers large variety of high end clothing at mostly clearance pricing depending on the store they have a great information about the retails stores on the site

PPO is one of Simon Property Group’s three outlet locations in Pennsylvania. We came here on a gloomy, rainy, dark Wednesday afternoon right after Christmas. Still, somehow it was totally packed and people in front of us couldn’t really seem to walk any slower. The vibes are cute, though. They had this giant red wooden beach chair near the center, with a Christmas tree, and some big ornaments on the ground.
The actual selection is impressive. As of June 2023, it has 93 stores including Aerie, Bath & Body Works, Claire’s, Crocs, Five Below (and Beyond for budget shoppers), Hot Topic, Nautica, Nike, Under Armor, Polo, Spencer’s, Northface, UGG, and more.
Simon is known for their luxury selection of department stores, but they do what they can (which doesn’t seem to be much) to diversify with lower-price stores. The food selection here is pretty poor. We had dinner at a nearby Friendly’s - one of the last standing in Pennsylvania.

A very nice place to go shopping around the area. Lots of stores and some places to eat. The shopping has a lot of variety (toy stores, jewelry, kitchen, clothes, etc). Open later as well so nice variety in hours and availability.
Can always find great deals here. I’m from Toronto and usually stop by here when I drive back and forth from NYC. Parking can be hard to find sometimes but well worth spending a few hours here.
Useful tip if you’re from Toronto and are passing by towards the NYC area; leave in the morning around 5-6am from Toronto so you can arrive to this mall by opening time. You can shop without a crowd, get your shopping complete, and get moving. Also make sure to sign up with their facebook pages for additional coupons.

Just decided to get out the house and come here, and I am sooo glad I did! Love all the deals and discounts!
