Manger Gabriella is rude and will be reported! Maybe don’t yell at your customers when they ask you one simple question about opening more register when you have been waiting in line for 10 plus minutes.

I experienced a considerable inconvenience due to the lack of prompt assistance from the staff.

I waited for more than 35 minutes while the employees focused on organizing clothes on the racks, seemingly oblivious to the many customers waiting for assistance. The delay not only wasted my time but also that of several other customers who were similarly frustrated by the prolonged wait.

Spending 45 minutes waiting for service in a retail store is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards.

One of the employees, Erica, went out of her way to really make our shopping experience better!

Staff is rude & unhelpful. Place is always a mess. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

It was 6:20pm and the lady told my daughter that she can't try on the clothes because they shut the dressing rooms down early. They closed at 7:00pm. This is not right to do this to customers

Bought this lovely green sweater dress. It was the last one in my size.

I think this place can be hit or miss, for me at least. They a habe a lot of great stuff but a lot of it is more funky and loud for my personal taste. Even being conservative though I often find a lot of great stuff so if you're more into extremely unique and it if the box items it will be even better for you.
