There should be far more places like this as the whole Backcountry of the areas are dominated by creeps that seemed to think they own the territory I guess and his creeps I mean the people with money that own it and put the gates up
Great trail for being in town. Was just looking for an easy stroll after a long day and this was just that. Nice trail, took about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace with plenty of stops to just enjoy looking at the water, hills, ducks, and coots. The only complaint I have was all the construction very close to the trail, lots of orange fencing around as well as concrete and half-built buildings immediately adjacent to the trail
If I lived a bit closer Iβd walk this trail every day. Great views, easy trail, minimal elevation.
Nice trail with a boardwalk. Fairly forest covered for a while on the walk. Some parking spots along the road. There is a porta potty at the entrance and some seating areas part way through along the boardwalk. Water body at the end of the boardwalk as well.
Natural trail through the forest running alongside the edge of Langford Lake. Turtles sunning on logs near the lakeshore and mother ducks & ducklings swimming near the pier.
Loved this trail!! Well laid path, small hills up and down and beautiful boardwalks!
