A secluded restaurant facing the Burj Al Arab in the stunning Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel.

Set on their private beach, French Riviera restaurant invites you to a Mediterranean dining experience by their beautiful pool or private beach.

The staff is kind and courteous, they accommodated 8 of us at a lovely round table.

The atmosphere is quiet and romantic for a nice dinner.

We loved the Ratatouille and onion tarts.

The best dessert is the chocolate mousse and the tarte tatin.

I definitely recommend this restaurant for a family dinner or a lovely date.

One of my favorite places for a relaxed late afternoon lunch. The location and the beach feeling is unparalleled makes you feel you’re literally at the Côte d’Azur. Good was great, we had different rounds of Oysters along with the Fois Gras, Burrata salad, Truffle Pizza to go with Prosecco.
Highly recommend this place to disconnect on the beach whilst enjoying a live DJ and percussionist performance.
Will definitely be back.
Loved everything!
The food is absolutely delicious… we had rigatoni al tartufo, entrecôte, burrata and ratatouille. Would recommend every single one of them. The service was fast and straight to the point. A big big thank you to Pedro for making this friends’ dinner / alumni’s reunion perfect in every aspect.

When I booked table it was for 4 persons. My friend arrived first they want set her for table for 2 persons. She have to show to the stuff guys look the table with minimal spend for person 240 it’s for 4 persons. They let her in .
Then next we ordered 2 bottles of wine the service in restaurant was slightly better when we moved to the beach view for sunset.
We ordered 3 bottles of champagne. The stuff was served us . Until we see they take bottles with half full alcohol and never return. We see it after 2 bottles. We started complaining as other people in table don’t drink and we could see clearly they removing a half a bottle each one cost 1120 dirham . Then manager brings to us 2 glass of champagne because she want to apologize. That’s they took our champagne because outside was already dark and they thought we not going to see it . Then we complained with them and ordered one more bottle. For they understand you don’t do it with the client who come to have great experience.
The beef tartare wasn’t fresh instead pink color it was gray color I returned back home and felt sick . In the end i would never come back to the place like that .

My recent visit to the French Riviera restaurant at Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel was clouded by disappointingly lackluster service that tarnished an otherwise exquisite experience.

Despite the alluring setting and captivating ambiance, the service left much to be desired.
Even though the restaurant was only 20 percent occupied during our visit, the staff's attentiveness was sorely lacking.

Despite the tranquil setting and captivating atmosphere, the staff's attitude was a glaring flaw. Not a single smile or courtesy was extended during our visit.
Basic service etiquettes like a simple "thank you" were absent, leaving an air of indifference that suggested the staff didn't wish to be there.

My friend, a smoker, had to manage without an ashtray as it was not provided, forcing her to set aside cigarette butts without any assistance or provision from the waitstaff.

Furthermore, the ordered burrata salad was simply placed on our table without any offer from the waiters to serve it, a gesture commonly expected, especially in upscale establishments across Dubai.

The absence of basic amenities and service etiquette detracted significantly from what could have been an outstanding dining experience. It's regrettable to witness such an elegant restaurant, boasting an awe-inspiring view, fall short due to a glaring oversight in service provision.

Extremely disappointed ! Please train your staff on service excellence !

The atmosphere is good, the food is fine and the service is bad.

I can’t deny that the atmosphere is lovely - you’re right next to the beach, the restaurant is well decorated and well lit.

The food itself is just fine. The starters outshine the main courses, the burrata and steak tartare were actually quite nice. For mains we had Dover sole which was overcooked, baby chicken which was dry and ratatouille which was also slightly overcooked.

Here’s where the restaurant really lets itself down - service. None of the staff members smile, its looks like they really don’t want to be there. The staff members just seem to hover around, not really wanting to provide service unless they have to.

Honestly, this restaurant should be better. It’s not cheap and unfortunately no amount of atmosphere is going to save this place unless the service improves.
