Hospitality 5/5: The level of hospitality at this establishment is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that left a lasting impression. The staff's dedication was evident throughout our stay, and I would like to particularly commend a Sri Lankan staff member who has been with the resort for 20 years, offering exceptional service during the free boat rides around the lagoon. Additionally, upon check-out, they offer a wonderful quiet room for relaxation while other family members continue to enjoy the resort.

Accommodation 4/5: Our accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The room upgrade with a beautiful view was a definite highlight. However, it's worth noting that there was no bidet spray in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

Dining 4/5: Dining at the resort was a delightful experience. However, it's worth noting that once it got busy, the staff appeared a bit rushed and overwhelmed at times. Despite this, their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience was evident.

Premises 5/5: The sprawling resort grounds are a haven of tranquility. The shaded pathways, the presence of peacocks and other wildlife, and the pristine beach, meticulously looked after, make it a true beauty. The pier is exceptional as well.

Location 5/5: Situated in a prime location, this resort offers easy access to all that the area has to offer. It's a perfect base for exploring the region.

Overall 46/50: In summary, our stay at Al Qasr was nothing short of splendid. Exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, delightful dining (despite occasional busyness with the staff's dedication), stunning premises, and a prime location all contributed to a remarkable experience. The pristine beach and exceptional pier added to its allure. However, the absence of a bidet spray in the bathroom was a minor drawback. Overall, it deserves its impressive score of 46/50.

Lovely place to stay (it was our first time in Dubai) with the Abra Boats a real bonus. Going to dinner was great fun and when we were the only 2 in the boat, quite romantic.

I had high expectations for this place but honestly it wasnt as great as I liked. What I did like was the attentive turndown service, amazing bathroom namebrand amenities, huge private beach only for jumeriah guests, amazing views of the burj, riding the abra (boat) around the property, romantic vibe, but what I didn't like were the stuck up snobbish people who stay there and ruin the atmosphere. I'm Muslim and mostly people who arent Muslim stay here. I probably won't come back as a practicing Muslim.

Everything was good expect the reception called "Santosh". He was so rude and unprofessional. All the information given by him about the hotel is wrong. When asked to do something he just ignore and shrugged it off. No receipt given unless i requested it. He throws all the documents and cash when handing it. The hotel is short of some change when refunding the deposit, no apology and he simply say just take it.

You should seriously consider to retrain or remove this person from the reception. Such a bad first impression. Other than that the hotel is perfect.

Words are not enough explain how amazing this place is! I have been staying here since it opened and have never had any reason to fault it. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay providing a quick an efficient service 🙂. I have to say, the breakfast buffet provided a wide range of tasty cuisines which suited every plate, I was especially impressed with the live egg station and how they were able to accommodate for my allergies and needs 👌. I would like to extend a special thankyou to Ayesha who made my stay extra magical, her and her team went above and beyond to provide us with amenities and constant support 😃😃. If there was a rating beyond 5 stars then please consider this review as being exceptional, 5 stars doesn’t give this place enough justice for the service it provides to its guests!!!

This place has one of the best managers, his name is Mahmoud. One of the kindest souls I have met. He told me that he took us not as his guests but like his friends and family and would do anything to make us comfortable in a hotel. This hotel has given me an experience of a lifetime, can't wait to visit again. Thank you for changing my perspective towards 5 star hotels Mahmoud

We stayed for three nights in the hotel on our way to Thailand. Previously we have visited the restaurant and we decidex to try the hotel as well. In our stay the lounge usage was included as well.
Our room was perfect: huge and very clean. Comfy bed, really great view, luxury toiletries.
The selection of the food in the lounge is good, even the service, we expected some delays on the second day when we were waiting almost half an hour for two cocktails and for water. I finally got up and went to get a bottle of water, which I served myself to my family, because we were already very thirsty. The breakfast in the main restaurant is much better than in the lounge, the selection is incredible and evreything is restocked immediately.
We spent some time at the pool, everything was just perfect.
