The lookout point trails takes around 1 hour to finish the loop. The first part is easy to walk since it has wood path. The second part is climbing some big stones. It is easy path for walking with children or pets. The view is absolutely stunning at the top . However it is too sunny if you walk in the afternoon so my recommendation is to visit in the early morning or the late evening. It is not recommended for walking in the rainy season since there are lots of mud!

The trail is very nice and short. It is about 3.5 km, which can be done in about 1 hr. I have hiked this after a giant storm hit the campground and I was surprised by how easy it was to hike it. The trails has a lot of boardwalks and rocky areas and it did not seem to be very muddy or too wet. The view from the lookout is well worth the walk.

Easy trail mostly on a beaten path, some boardwalk, and some mud (not gushy though). The peak is nice and the breeze was lovely on a hot day. What I liked most were the rock formations: very different from the pink granite at Harold Point (Killbear Prov Park). You can walk from the peak right down to the water's edge.
The return is half new trail and half retracing.
