Amazing service! Kavi was extremely helpful in processing my returns and the service couldn’t be faster and more efficient. They also had a notary on staff to help me with some important documents. This will certainly be my new go to UPS store!

Number 1 UPS store in Manhattan and I have been to more than few in the past as I ship quite often. Kavi helped me by phone and then in person. Extremely efficient and reliable. Thank you for your help I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic UPS - in fact, the best I’ve been to. Kavi’s UPS with Juan, Anthony and managed by Dino. Yes, this place impressed me enough to spend time to write a review and ask for the names of those here. Great for a notary, and of course, all things that need to be shipped. If you’re in midtown or UPE, do your business here … oh, and it’s air conditioned!

Overpriced!
I am not sure if this applies to only this UPS store or to all UPS stores. They charged me more than $10 for two small poly envelopes. I had to pay them as I had no other choice. Later, I searched on Amazon, those 100 bags cost $15. I’ll be careful next time to not get robbed by a UPS store again.

I can’t say enough great compliments about this UPS Store. As opposed to the others on the East Side, this new location deserves a 10 star review!! It’s a family run business with Kavi at the helm. And his crew of happy, helpful, polite and super professional employees are top-notch!! Dino is a treat to work with and incredibly talented and diligent. Her packing skills and outgoing personality made a difficult job simple! Along with Christina, Kevin and Juan, there is only ONE UPS store that will exceed your expectations, and this is the #1 spot!

They were supposed to open at 8 am this morning. I stopped by at 8:45 am and they were not open. This is very frustrating and according to other reviews a known problem. Whoever is supposed to open the store is not opening the hours posted. Either change the hours or get an employee who will show up at 8 am.

I have to give credit where credit is due. We had a big project for work and Dio and Jocelyn saved the day. After several failed package pick ups (long story that relates to a completely different UPS office that is in Long Island City, but somehow has a route in UES), I decided to just rent a truck and personally deliver our packages to the UPS down the street. I showed up with a U-Haul of almost 40 large, heavy boxes. Dio saw us pull up from the window and walked out to greet us, took a look at what was inside the U-Haul and immediately went inside to make space to accomodate. Dio and Jocelyn worked like clock work, moving boxes around to accomodate our delivery, scanning each box and inputting it into the system, and keeping things moving while ensuring other customers were taken care of, as well. They also caught a few boxes that were not well taped and helped me better secure them to ensure safe delivery. They were fast, efficient, and provided terrific customer service. They really saved the day on a big project. I 100% recommend them and will be going to them for all my UPS needs on the UES. I don't think they know what a relief it was to us that this was taken care of so efficiently. When I expressed my thanks to Dio, her reply was simply that this is part of their job. Well, in that case, job extremely well done. Thank you!
