😍 Absolutely great experience for VPK. 2 sessions were available, either the morning or afternoon. Very attentive teachers (2 per class). The school is very safe with many security measures. They also have several literacy exams during the year. They follow the Osceola school year calendar. I'm so glad we found this school, it's been a wonderful experience for my little one (she never wants to leave!). They also offer ballet and soccer extracurricular activities (for a fee).

Cons: Traffic leaving the facility at 5pm can be heavy, as Sherberth Rd is the back exit for Disney. (Not too bad though!)

Great place to take your kid. Mine loves it there. And it's a good price especially if you work at Disney. She has been going since she was a baby.
Lot of mixed feelings here. My wife works for Disney, so this was our first choice for daycare. Immediately our baby girl (8months) got sick with ear infections. This was consistent for 6 straight months, 1 week battling the infection, 1/2 week healthy, then another ear infection. Naturally we understood that daycare can cause illness at first until her immune system builds up, but there is more. after 6 months straight of ear infections, we had tubes put in. No more ear infections, however now she kept getting croup in the same consistency as her ear infections. Pediatrician, allergist, and urgent care doctors all said to change daycare. once covid-19 hit we were in the processes of leaving. (more on that later) when she was at home for covid-19 she didn't even get a runny nose, which told us it was the YMCA daycare. We had already put in our two weeks notice, however they closed 1 day into the two weeks notice, and refused to refund us our two weeks.... no services rendered, and no need to find a new child to fill the spot...ridiculous. She has since gone to a new daycare and has had no issue whatsoever.

I remember looking around the play areas here and seeing snot and all sorts of spit up caked on all the toys. Every baby/toddler in there had a runny nose. I hate to say all of this because some of the caregivers caring for Lizzie were super nice and our daughter seemed to love one of two of them. However, she always cried and threw a fit when being dropped off, and she was always very eager to leave. Her new daycare she runs to the caregivers with open arms, and seems isn't so eager to leave when we pick her up.

I would say use this place at your own risk, sanitary standards may have changed after Covid-19, but I will never put my daughter back in there. almost an entire year of being sick straight while going here...

My son has been here since 2015. Best day care ever. 100 recommended. All teachers and personnel are friendly, lovely, patients, intelligents.. This is his last year, he did vpk program here also. They speak English and Spanish. My son recognize number, letters and knows how to write his name. Ready for school!!!

Placed my son in this daycare for emergency backup care. I had an awful experience!
For one the teachers seemed like they didn’t understand English very well. Very unorganized! I explained everything and had the times wrote on the bottles. I wrote down what time I would be there to pick him up. Upon arriving to pick him up, they had nothing ready. His supplies were all over the place, he was crawling and another larger child that looked too old to be in that classroom was walking over top of him with snot running out of her nose. I was instantly disgusted. The paper wasn’t filled out, his bottles were fed at the wrong times. They had no clue when he ate last or when he was changed last! I said how could you mess up that bad. They claimed they had a lot of kids that day. No excuse! They also said I had no diapers left, I asked if they looked in his black backpack.. There were more in plain sight! I had to change him before I left. He was still in the clothes I dropped him off in that were filthy by pick up time. Also you shouldn’t allow sick children in your daycare because my son ended up getting Hand/foot and mouth disease from this place!! I will never recommend or place him in again! I don’t care what the circumstances are.

I tried to take my son here about 6 months ago and they kept saying they were gonna review his paperwork and someone wad gonna reach out.. no one ever did. I finally tried to escalate and there answer was you can't bring a child with AUTISM we don't have the resources. Like you are the YMCA and don't have the resources?? And yet this is pushed directly on the website

"Our Commitment to Inclusion: The Y is made up of people of all ages and from every walk of life working side by side to strengthen communities. Together we work to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender identity, ideology, income, national origin, race or sexual orientation has the opportunity to reach their full potential with dignity. Our core values are caring, honesty, respect and responsibility—they guide everything we do."

Really because you failed my child. You discriminated against a 4 year old boy. This world is a sad place when you can't even take a child to a YMCA!!
